This place used to be great and the service was impeccable. Until the old manager left. Then the young lady Keisha took over his position. I feel the service went down hill. The workers obviously get away with way more than should be tolerated. They need people who care about their jobs. I had to wait over a half hour for my food. The crew had an attitude as if I was a problem. And my food was cold. I ask them why my food was cold and they said that seems to be a personal problem. I won’t be back. I feel sorry for people who choose this place. It’s not worth my hard earned money. What manager lets their workers get away with sitting around and playing on their phones. When they should be making this place as clean as it once was.

No doubt best Burger King I have ate in a while. Coming from Ky on a road trip this stop was great! Cool people fresh food and clean inside and out. Employees cleaning windows as I ate first time I seen this at any fast food chain. Keep up the good work guys!

HORRIBLE. I had to walk out, my family and i was just waiting to have our order taken. It was not busy, there was no one in the lobby. We were waiting for 5+ minutes for someone to take our order. One of the workers looked at us but never said “ give us a minute” nothing of that sort. So we were being completely ignored. Do better.

Best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time,. Seems like many Burger Kings have gone downhill after the pandemic. This place is clean, the food is always freshly cooked and customer service is good. Something many other Burger Kings are slacking on.

Great taste and portions are perfect, compared to the other locations here in Dalton. Fast service during breakfast hours. Only had one issue, where I wasn’t given a drink, that I had ordered. Once. Only used their drive-thru so far. The location is a bit confusing at first, to those coming off of the interstate while traveling, it may be hard figuring out entering and exiting.

Opens up at 5 o’clock every morning. I used to go there every morning but here recently it’s either they don’t have a manager so they can’t sell me food or it’ll be 15 minutes before we can open. I don’t understand what’s going on with this location it used to be the best. I get there around 5:30 every morning. Somethings gotta be done.

This BK has potential. The food’s always pretty decent although sometimes the fries aren’t cooked all the way through but for the most part they do a pretty good job with the food. Where they fall short is the drive-thru. On more than one occasion I’ve pulled up to the drive-thru and waited to be greeted and no one ever says anything. No “We’ll be right with you”…. Nothing. The last time this happened I said hello into the microphone and the employee got an attitude with me. I literally sat there today for 6 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there so I had to go inside and order my food.

After not going to a single burger king for a decade because I got sick from it I decided to give it a go again. I got the Spicy Ch’King. Very solid chicken sandwich, loved the sauce on it, was very creamy and crunchy at the same time.
The employees were very kind and easy to communicate with, I received the food about 3 mins later and sat inside on the cushioned chairs. Nice solid experience for my first burger king in a decade.
So far I haven’t gotten sick again so 5/5 stars

I went here at 12:15 am in the drive thru to get some food they told me they were closed I sat there and while I was sitting here I saw a lot of other customers driving off without anything so I was kind of confused. I know they close at 1 am the lady lied to me you guys just lost a customer every time I go they are rude
