Went to Hardee yesterday morning was planning on eating in but when I saw one of the employees wiped the trays over and over with the same cloth without rinse. Only one clerk taking inside orders the wait ughhh and to think you took away the shallowford road store and left us with this. Ohhhh and the food thisnis the ultimate omelet hmm can’t attach pic. U guys have good food but your service suck and hygen step up plz.thxs for listening

They move like zombies. Everyone standing around in the morning shift. You got to go faster. This was at 7:30 am and biscuit was hard. Why can’t the owners or managers fix this???? Only ordered 1 sausage biscuit because if you order something with egg, it takes 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

Everyone loves Hardee’s, especially the gravy and biscuits or smoked sausage biscuits, but as far as great customer service, you won’t get that at this restaurant if you’re in line before they close for breakfast at noon, then they don’t care and pretty lazy when they put a sign out that says drive through only. Save yourself some trouble and go to Bojangles if you want breakfast.

Tried the Signature Star Burger. The bun was burnt, the lettuce was soggy, and so was the bun. Bit into something that shouldn’t have been in hamburger meat. Threw in the the trash.

25 minutes in line with 4 in front, realized after driving off, complete order wrong while window server repeated correct items, guess reading not prerequisite..service very slow, very poor overall.. may be a business that needs to close or change owners, doesn’t matter what you order, will probably be incorrect

Has a much better team than they did before I sat in line for 20 minutes they messed up my order I could not get it fixed because they had the lobby closed I had to sit back in line very frustrating situation will not be back for a while. Made my son late for school over a small order is not worth coming here if you are on a time limit
