Upon returning the next day i was recompensated witg a coupon for a free sandwich next time. Not quite the value lost from the sandwich and i didnt get the one i ordered refunded thiugh
Ordered food through the online system they have on their website (not their app as I don’t see me eating their all the time) about 15 minutes before I drove there.
Drive there and pulled into their parking lot. No way to get into the drive thru from there. Ended up going down the road and up and around to get into it. Who designed this? Pretty bad.
There is two lanes for the drive thru. One for normal order through the line, the other for online orders, which was a shorter line. Thought at first well that’s better. You get up to a video board with a QR code on it. Thought that you scan it, enter your order number in and you’re good to go. NOPE! Got a message that says QR code not found.
Maybe I need to create an account through their website, which would be dumb. Did it anyways. Got it setup, and then it says my order has expired. Really?!? Tried refreshing, same error.
So I’m in a busy line up, no way to get my order anymore and I can’t get out because they have where I could get out coned off. Managed to flag down a guy that worked there who moved the cones out of the way for me. Ended up going to Culver’s instead. Not even 10 minutes to order and get my food.
I’m a tech savvy guy, but wow, that is a horrible system you guys have. And don’t tell me I have to download an app to accomplish what I did. If so, why did you have the option on your website then?
Long story short, for a chicken sandwich this isn’t worth the hassle.
