So far so good, I believe that this chik-fil-a is off to a great start. I have enjoyed a crispy chick fil a sandwich a handful of occasions with no problems. For the first time, I tried a frosted vanilla soda (Dr pepper) and it’s became a new favorite. Highly recommend giving that a try. I look forward to enjoying this location when I am in Wausau.

I was going to go through the drive thru but , went in the wrong way, so opted to go in. Ordering went quick. Love how everyone seem to enjoy working there. They were having fun and smiling. This was about 1:15 so after the lunch rush. Waited time wasn’t typical compared to other locations I have gone to. So glad they decided to build one here!

The food is great like always but the wait time is crazy long. I placed a mobile order and it took 45 minutes to make a scramble bowl. Worse part was there was only 5 other people inside eating.

No idea how good they prepare the food here or how it tastes vs other Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to. Never got my order.
Ordered food through the online system they have on their website (not their app as I don’t see me eating their all the time) about 15 minutes before I drove there.
Drive there and pulled into their parking lot. No way to get into the drive thru from there. Ended up going down the road and up and around to get into it. Who designed this? Pretty bad.
There is two lanes for the drive thru. One for normal order through the line, the other for online orders, which was a shorter line. Thought at first well that’s better. You get up to a video board with a QR code on it. Thought that you scan it, enter your order number in and you’re good to go. NOPE! Got a message that says QR code not found.
Maybe I need to create an account through their website, which would be dumb. Did it anyways. Got it setup, and then it says my order has expired. Really?!? Tried refreshing, same error.
So I’m in a busy line up, no way to get my order anymore and I can’t get out because they have where I could get out coned off. Managed to flag down a guy that worked there who moved the cones out of the way for me. Ended up going to Culver’s instead. Not even 10 minutes to order and get my food.
I’m a tech savvy guy, but wow, that is a horrible system you guys have. And don’t tell me I have to download an app to accomplish what I did. If so, why did you have the option on your website then?
Long story short, for a chicken sandwich this isn’t worth the hassle.

My fiance and i have been making the hour and a half drive for 2 years to get chick fil a so we were super excited that one finally came to town! We went on opening day and the line moved much quicker than we expected, and we ordered $60 worth of food (ordered for four people) and everything was right! The customer service was excellent as well.

Waited an hour and a half for three milkshakes and lemonade. First and last time ever spending my money at this joke of an establishment. Tons of people behind us got food; we got blown off. The manager walked past us multiple times. I can’t believe anyone would waste their time or money at a place like this.

Wow. This was such an amazing experience considering it was their first day being open! They were giving out tons of free food and merch, the new employees and training managers were spectacular, obvious that everybody here really cares. It was extremely chaotic in the dining room, but Chick-fil-A was on top of everything per usual. I ordered the chicken strips and Mac and cheese, delicious!
