Yesterday, on November 16, 2025, I went to Chipotle intending to order some food. Upon arrival, I was informed that orders were only accepted online, which I complied with by placing an order for two bowls. However, I noticed that one of the bowls included numerous side items that I had explicitly wanted omitted. When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked the bag and discovered that none of my requested side items were included; instead, all the side items had been added to the bowl itself.
I addressed this issue with the staff, expressing my concern and requesting a correction. The employee stated he would get his manager, describing her as the one with red dreadlocks, yet she provided no name. When the manager arrived at the window, I explained my situation, but she simply walked away without addressing my concerns, which I found to be quite unprofessional.
I then entered the store, but the staff continued to exhibit the same dismissive attitude, despite the store being open for orders. Ultimately, I chose to leave without my food. It is incredibly frustrating to simply expect my order to be correct, as anyone would. The behavior displayed by the manager and some of the staff is decidedly unprofessional. If they are dissatisfied with their positions, they ought to seek employment elsewhere.

Every time I visit this location, I experience issues. This time, I placed my order and didn’t check it until I got home. My chips were completely soggy, I was overcharged for the second time, and I was charged twice for guacamole — both as a side and in the bowl — yet I only received it on the side. On top of that, instead of a proper portion of guacamole, they gave me a whole avocado in the cup. The quality and consistency here are very disappointing, and I would like this issue addressed

This location is very unprofessional and poorly managed. The woman with red locs was yelling at another employee (a light-skinned man with tattoos) in front of customers about vinaigrette, saying that’s all they had for the night and that she didn’t feel like waiting. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness.
On top of that, the restaurant was out of basic items — no veggies, no cheese, no chips — on a Friday night. For a place like Chipotle, this is unacceptable. The lack of restock and the way staff are treated in front of customers makes this establishment feel very ghetto and unorganized. Definitely not the service or quality I expect.

Walked into the store at 10:00pm .. an hour before closing and they had everything closed down already, no food or nothing for me to get anything to eat when the store closes at 11pm. The guy working at the front looked at me crazy when I told him they close at 11pm. “ where’s the food” .. all he could say to me was that he was sorry. I stay in the area so this was very surprising that they literally closed the store an hour before its closing hours and all they had to offer was an apology! Poor service , poor staff members.. I wasn’t the only customer that walked away disappointed. I will be contacting cooperate. Not to mention I got there at 10 which means they started breaking down and cleaning up and throwing food to waste at 9ish. I worked in the fast food Industry! This is poor and lazy ! I think the company should hire workers who aren’t in a rush to go home at night because this was insane !

I just left picking up my order in the Chipotlane (2/8/25 about Noon) and I was greeted by a very kind young man! A item I ordered was out so he gave me options to make up for it! He made me feel very welcome and his energy felt so sweet and genuine. I wish I got his name to give credit but thank you that small encounter made my day better!

I swear this place is only in business cause of its location to all of us in the Fairburn area. They are slowwwwww, lack any customer service and the list goes on. I am currently at fast lane no one has acknowledged me at all. All this while they chat and completely ignore when you pull up to window.This place is trash!!! The person opens window says a completely random name and she never spoke to me. I say my name and what do you know my order was literally sitting in a shelf with tons of ready orders the entire time I waited at the window. Like why didn’t she open the window and check my name first. I’m over it, NEVER going back to this location.

This location is horrible. My husband ordered a steak burrito bowl, chips, and salsa and was refused a cup of water to go with his meal. He was told they don’t allow people cups of water any longer and he’d need to pay for a soda, tea, or bottle of water. We drink water with meals to avoid sugar. The bottled water only idea is horrible for the environment. When a customer pays over $15, they should not be refused a cup of water. VERY unprofessional and insulting to customers. That is setting aside how long it takes them to process a line in a timely manner on a routine basis. The work ethic is not there. On the flip side, at least the chips were well salted that day.

I was in this area for lunch on my Amazon delivery driver route, and this is the worst chipotle I ever been to the white rice was too spicy and dry the chicken. We had to wait for about five minutes for it to be done for the girl to cut it it was too soft and rubbery was nasty. I would never ever come back at the chipotle ever again

I visited this store 8 months ago and the food looked dry and not appealing. I went tonight at 9:45 pm and food was all over the counter-tops throughout the entire kitchen and where they fix your food. It was sooo disgusting. I asked the worker to clean the countertops and she did. Then I left. Won’t ever eat here again. Nasty environment for the 2nd time See pictures as proof.

I keep giving this place a chance for delivery while I’m at work, and I am not sure why. I ordered a quesadilla with EXTRA salsa and sour cream. You will see that there is no salsa and no sour cream in the container. To make up for it, I was given a free drink on my next order. That’s cool, but it does nothing to help the fact that I am at work now without what I requested and paid for. Also, the quesadilla is mostly tortilla, and who doesn’t love a nice dry tortilla without salsa? Also, the chips (not pictured) are stale, another common occurrence at this location. Ugh.
