I visited Starbucks today at 3:30 PM and ordered a mozzarella Panini. I’ve been going to this location regularly and usually ask them to hold the peppers. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, a male and female barista, not only refused to customize my order but did so in an unprofessional and rude manner.
Given that customization is a big part of Starbucks’ service, their behavior was unacceptable. Hopefully, they’ll work on improving their customer service skills.
