My daughter went in to get the three of us a sandwich. She told the lady every single item that she wants in each sandwich. The sandwiches were made wrong. She put whatever she felt like in it and didn’t put any of the items in there that we wanted. Afterwards, my daughter discovered that she doesn’t even speak English. That is beyond me that you put somebody behind a counter that has to take orders and make the sandwiches and doesn’t even understand what you want in your sandwich. We all threw our sandwiches away and we will never ever eat there again. Also, I called no manager at all on duty just the two women that don’t speak English. I ordered a wrap. It didn’t look anything like a wrap. It was just the meat, the lettuce, tomato, and onions that’s it and it was folded in half like a taco.

Seems like there is a problem about every third time we order. My last order online was a mess. First of all the app said I would get the best deal possible at checkout. Apparently I didn’t hit the buy 2 get one free button. I got $6.99 off instead of over $9 I should have received. Got there and they ran out of pastrami so substituted a BMT. I had sent my Grandson in so he just accepted it even though the BMT is a couple of bucks less expensive. There were bell peppers on one sandwich that should not have been. Otherwise the sandwiches were fine.
Tried one more time. Couldn’t get the order to go through on my phone app or my laptop. Tried to call and they were not accepting calls. Never again.

This subway is always the best! The manager who is usually there when we go is awesome, Elijah. He is super fun to talk to and makes great sandwiches and recommends awesome combos and suggestions. The other star at this subway is Rebecca, always does the perfect exact amount for the sandwiches and super fun and outgoing as well. Always clean and very fast service without compromise in quality. Best subway in Elk Grove area!

The only reason I almost didn’t give it a 5 star is because they run out of sandwich types in the evening -meatballs, Ham and other things. Store is clean but lacks proper handicap seating. I is getting a remodel so I am excited. Extremely friendly staff, good quality of food and speed -so things things are worth the stop. Located in a gas station you can get gas reasonable and it doesn’t have parking issues plus a Well’s Fargo ATM and an ATM in the station are handy

I live in Amador County it’s a Subway sandwiches here three of them are all owned by the same owner. This is not going to be a good review and I did give them two chances. In their store located in Ione. I ordered a pastrami sandwich one day along with four others to bring home to the kids and you had to look very hard to find the pastrami in my sandwich so I took her back and I gave it to the lady that made it I told her she needed it more than I do and I have not been in a Subway sandwich store since then there are many many places around to get much better sandwiches at comparable prices and in the town of ion we have a Little Town Market with a deli you want to treat yourself go to the deli and get a totally awesome sandwich like I said this is not a good review but it is how I feel my opinion and my opinion only one Saving Grace is that Subway is probably one of the few places you can get a decent meatball sandwich the other one is that place that says sandwiches to go get it to go

This location is my absolute favorite in all of Elk Grove. I stop by multiple times a month since it opened. My absolute favorite sandwich Artist is Ryver. Always smiling, friendly and always happy to custom make my orders even when I stop by right before closing… Thank you Ryver for always going above and beyond to provide beyond excellent customer service and tasty sandwiches. 🙂

Unfortunately I couldn’t even get my sandwich. Waited in line for 15 min while the one employee made 3 sandwiches. While the other 3 employees were walking around the gas station. I can understand if you’re on lunch break, but at 1pm you should have prepared for some type of lunch rush.

Was in the area visiting a friend for their birthday when coming to this subway during remodeling and despite the conditions service was quick and easy provided by the amiable Ryver and Layne, both of which were very patient and always smiling with a positive attitude making me feel very welcomed and taken care of.
