This is just insulting. Look at these pathetic dry, tiny wings that have meat that’s literally black. I didn’t expect the best wings but this is crazy. If you’re thinking or ordering delivery wings from this place don’t do it. I promise you’ll regret it.

Aloha ; best BBW on island. They have the best service and make sure you are taken care of. All the other locations I no longer go to. Love the staff here and the food is amazing . Plus on Tuesdays they have karaoke night!! Great talent was there the night I went. You will not regret going to this place and only this location

Our server, Edward, made my experience extremely uncomfortable. He was overly touchy with me and my two friends, to the point where all of us felt uneasy. On top of that, he barely checked on our table and strongly smelled like weed, which was very unprofessional. He also gave one of my friends the wrong order, and when I politely tried to explain the mistake, he responded with unnecessary attitude. It then took about 35 minutes for her correct order to come out, and the incorrect dish was never removed from her bill. The combination of his rude behavior, lack of attentiveness, and inappropriate physical contact completely ruined our experience. Management seriously needs to do better when it comes to who they allow to represent their business.

The food was great but the service was not it. Our server named Eddie reeked of weed. He made others feel uncomfortable and made other customers extremely uncomfortable and awkward. I’ve seen him harass others and make the hostes feel uncomfortable. He needs to be fired or else he should be reported to the authorities.

Staff is friendly, but the food is meh. The chicken is always super dry and over cooked, and they barely put any sauce on them. There’s better options. I can’t speak for any of their other food, just the wings. Drinks are decent though.

Every time I order from here, I order the Everything Pretzels with two cheese cups instead of mustard. Every time, somehow I end up with a mustard and a cheese. This time, the box that the pretzels came in had a tag on it that said two cheese cups. How do you still mess that up?
The fries and pretzels were cold, and there was barely any sauce on my wings. It took them 30 minutes to get my food prepared and when the Doordash driver arrived she still had to wait, but somehow my food was cold when it arrived at my house. They probably don’t care, but if it was your food, you’d be upset too.
