Ordered burger carne and tequenos for my kids with Uber Eats but got my order all wrong . I recieved a chicken sandwich and French fries. Tried to call location but person who answers seemed reluctant to help in anyway and just blamed uber driver saying he must have switched or handed us someone else’s order . Called uber and reported it but driver says he only had our order and no one else’s order . Food has been good in past but do not like how they handled this even after I called to report.

Loved the patacón my husband got for me. Chicken was very juicy, cheese was great, plantain was perfectly fried. Looking forward to try more things from their menu!! Happy Venezuelan!!
