The employees of this place really need to get it together and start taking their jobs seriously. More specifically, they really need to practice being quicker with orders. I was picking up a Doordash order, as a Dasher, for a customer, and because the lobby was closed, I had to go through the drive-thru to pick up the order. That would have been fine if it weren’t for the fact that the line was so long and slow that it literally took over 10 minutes to pick up the order that had probably been ready for me to pick up ever since I got there. This long wait literally caused me to get a contract violation on my Doordash Dasher account for being late picking up the order due to something out of my control. This might actually equal a lawsuit. At the very least it equals a protest against this McDonald’s location if this happens again.

They frequently forget things with your order, and when you call to tell them they get rude, snippy, and annoyed! It’s annoying to pay for extra cheese and not even get it- things are too expensive nowadays. It’s your job to complete the order properly and remain kind, and they don’t do either.

We tried to get the attention of the person at the speaker box 3 separate times after seeing the other lane move up 4 cars. We eventually just had to pull around as no one took our order. We had a mobile order and told the lady at the first window and she gave us attitude. At the next window getting our food the lady asked what we had and we said a mobile order. She said “I’m not asking questions” and rolled her eyes… it was just weird.

I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. What I received was a bacon egg McMuffin. When I addressed this, the gal kept telling me they don’t have canadian bacon…. This baffles me because I did not order anything with any sort of bacon. As I tried to explain, she kept interrupting me about the canadian bacon ordeal until I had to become snippy advising I ordered NOTIING with any sort of bacon. Food was fine, the customer service sucks.

First off I sat in the drive through line for a very long time. I ordered through the app a big mac meal customized for extra mac sauce and they put less that what would be on a normal big mac! If I am paying extra for something I should get extra! If you dont wanna put extra on my burger dont make me pay! Then my fries came out cold. Over all I am very disappointed and upset.

I hate it, genuinely the franchise is just a disappointment compared to what it used to be. Every so often I get a craving for their fries and even then something about the order is wrong, or I get sick, or I’m waiting 30 minutes for just one sandwich and a fry. My most recent experience I got the completely wrong sandwich, no sauces and the wrong side of fries. Plus I feel like the portions keep getting smaller and the prices are getting bigger to the point that I don’t deem McDonalds as cheap food or even a good value at all.

Update: The air condition is fixed! Thankfully as is near 100° outside today. Thank you McDonald’s!
We come here often. We have three young kids. It’s Saturday night. It’s empty. Counters at drink station are covered in spills. Tea dispensers labels are so worn you can barely make out which is sweetened and which isn’t. The play place is fun, but the air unit isn’t working and it’s been super hot in there for the past month (three weeks later, still 80° in here 7/2/23) and we’ve discussed it with the manager previously. Some of the equipment is broken and hasn’t been replaced in several months. When it comes off of the bolts that are supposed to keep it in place, then the bolts are open and ready to trip someone or hurt someone if they fall on it. The fries were ice cold. Thankfully the service was decent enough to replace them. Being the only McDonald’s in town, we’ll be back. Hopefully, someone will read this and take pride in it to repair it and fix some of the things that need attention.

What is this in my coffee Maryville McDonald’s?! I cannot find a customer service contact us and didn’t get a receipt with a store number and can’t use my mobile receipt for the store number because it isn’t on there!!! This looks like dental floss and I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!

Just avoid the one in Maryville Missouri at all cost. Never go there over lunch. The app never works and they will do nothing about it. The food is never fresh even after waiting 20 minutes.
