There is a group of cyclists we ride with along the trail and every time we have come up to shift and never disappointed. Friendly service and excellent food. Has been and going to be a stopping point for a long time. Thank you Shift for always giving us an excellent food and coffee break.

Menu is made up of healthy and creative options. Meal was delicious and the service was great. I’m not a sweet tea drinker, but they have a wonderful lightly sweat tea that’s the best I’ve had. Their coffee is also very good. Try the Vegan Hash for breakfast or brunch or the mush-reuben for lunch.

Good food, sometimes really great food, but unfortunately service is usually very slow. It’s so slow that you have to order appetizers or you’ll starve before your entree comes. When you go be sure to order the Appalachian Bowl… It is soooooo yummy and very unique. (Hopefully it has stayed on the menu!)

fantastic and healthy farm to table restaurant. homemade desserts also. small place so go early, check hours ahead of time also. liked the bicycle themed glass decorations. great gem not on main road so had to drive around the block to get to it. lots of street parking 😉

Best place in Frostburg to eat! The menu is seasonal and sourced from local farms as much as possible; the prices are totally fair, especially when you compare to other local restaurants that charge $18+ for an entree and their ingredients are from crappy food distributors! The atmosphere is inviting, and the food is rich, healthy, and delicious. I eat there every week…

Visiting from out of town, it’s been tough to find healthy dining in the area. If you want a fresh meal you can feel good about afterwards, this is the place. More expensive than most other dining but the quality of the food makes it well worth the price. Would definitely come back here.

The food is always fresh, seasonal, and hand made. The staff is friendly and polite, and good for a conversation if things are quiet. The Wednesday half off desserts special is the best part.

Awesome eccentric food, good service. Morrocan lamb stew was delish. Food is locally sourced. I would give it 5 stars but its not a fancy ass resturant, its casual/ cozy and it works plus i dont give 5 star ratings unless im totally blown away.
