I stopped there tonight to buy a Diet Coke only to be ignored by a rude employee. All I wanted was a Diet Coke I would have considered ordering some food but after the way I was treated by her I chained my mind. No hello, no welcome, no nothing. One customer offered to let me go ahead of him since all I wanted was a soda rather than wait which I was ok in doing and he said “no”. Then she said $4.00 for the soda and I didn’t even see her ring it up. This employee clearly should not work where she deals with the public. I will never go here again!

I would give them a zero if i could. The “team” working there were awful!! The just ignored my wife and I and just talked to each other. I kept waving to them to get there attention, and the would look up and just keep talking to each other. Finally i had to yell hello and they grumply came over as if it was a burden. After we paid and left and made it through security, we realized the had only given us half of one sandwich and we had paid for 2 full sandwiches. The one half of a sandwich had a massive black hair in it and we threw it away.

The woman, with glasses, refused to acknowledge we were standing in front of her at the cash register, ready to order. She didn’t say a word to us, not even to tell us our total. We were so confused and uncomfortable that we didn’t realize they left out an entire sandwich from our order, even though we paid for it. A simple “hello” would go a long way to improve the customer experience.

Good salad at a reasonable airport price. Just very unhappy, unfriendly employees that we had to bother to after waiting a few minutes for them to finish their discussion to order two salads. However the cashier was cordial. Apparently management does not watch the security videos. Just be prepared to cut your salad contents as the employee could not be bothered. For instance the pre-packaged meat was not unfolded and she cut it three times as was the cheese and lettuce.

It’s 3:37 on 813 and they tell me the guy went to use the restroom and there’s no sign or nothing and the other two people in Nathan’s weren’t even help so I don’t know if I’d recommend it.
Apparently there’s two other employees that keep walking around there’s nobody in Nathan’s but nobody will make a sandwich because I guess it’s not their responsibility it’s amazing cuz I really like about chicken before you get on the plane. I’m not sure it takes 20 minutes to use the restroom but I’m going to have to go behind the gates and get something to eat.

Hope this message finds manager soon

A young girl finally decided to help out and checked in but shouldn’t leave and go to the restroom and just have no coverage doesn’t make sense to me I travel every weekend and usually there’s a nice guy behind the counter and she’s always so sweet.

I hesitated to get sandwiches here again after my experience last year but my kids were starving so I went for it. Once again, met with probably the rudest people I’ve ever encountered like I was an inconvenience to her for ordering a sandwich. Zero manners, just stared at me and somehow seemed to judge the sandwhich I ordered someone needs to then this place around.

Incredibly unaccommodating people worked at this location today. These people hated their jobs and everyone who dared to order at this store. Olives were out too, I learned this through the employee grunting at me after asking if I could get the olives that were advertised in the product description too. Not wondering anymore now that Quiznos is on a downward path.

I haven’t been to Quiznos in years but I remember it tasting pretty good. The bread here falls apart when you fold it, eat it, pick it up. When I saw the tomatoes I had to double check what it was because they were pale almost white. I don’t plan to eat there again. There aren’t many options at the airport but there are better ones. Either the bagel place, pizza or the restaurant near the gates.

On a plus side the woman who worked there was friendly.

Bread is terrible, staff is arguing/talking without understanding what I’m saying, got the order wrong (no onions yet put onions on). Proceeded to pull them off instead of making a new sandwich. I said no and they made another one thankfully. Both sandwiches were not good. I’ll never eat Quiznos again. $30 for 2 sandwiches!!! Waste of money!

I always stop here on my way out of town because Quiznos has been one of my favorites and we don’t have one in Fort Myers. Usually it’s tasty. This time it was horrible! I had a mesquite chicken and it was really disgusting! First of all they barely marinaded the chicken. Not even 30 seconds. So it was lukewarm. The oven didn’t toast the bread, not even a little bit! The whole reason people come to Quiznos is because of the toaster and you don’t even toast the sandwich!!!! Used salad mix with carrots and arugula for lettuce on a sub sandwich! And bacon bits instead of actual strips of bacon. Sloppily thrown in to a bag didn’t even tape the paper! The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed. I won’t be back!
