Best spot in town!!
Had Sunday breakfast at this diner and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The food was delicious. The staff were really nice and made the whole experience even better.

Ample parking to the side of the street dedicated for the place. I love the decor outside. When we got there the place is almost full and we are greated by lovely staff, The place is small inside all corners has set up tables. The price is good, the serving is big for the cheap price. I will definely comeback here whenever we have chance to visit NJ.

Located at an intersection between Goffle Road and Wagaraw Road, forming a triangle, my partner and I had lunch at the Hawthorne Diner as first-timers. Upon entering, the interior was small and simple, but it had plenty of booths as well as a bar and was clean. There were a few tables in the back where we sat promptly. Their menu had everything one wanted or needed at a typical Jersey diner. There were plenty of breakfast choices, as well as wraps, sandwiches, and dinner options. We decided on something light and went for the broccoli cheddar potato skins and 1/2 tuna fish sandwich combo with salad. Good food is served in a timely fashion and at a decent price. Our server was friendly and attentive. We can recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at The Hawthorne Diner yesterday! Truly a hidden gem. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. For only $23, I received a hearty meal that was both delicious and satisfying. The food came out fresh and hot, which made it even better.

The food is amazingly fresh, and large portions. The prices are very low. The service is prompt and friendly. I must say whomever owns this place knows their business and runs it well. I’ve done lunches here. Going back for breakfast soon. Hits all marks highly recommended for a casual but awesome meal.

I wanted to give this place a try for lunch. I called in my order and ordered the supreme vegetable burger with fries. When I arrived I had a little trouble finding their parking and be careful as its a busy street. The diner is a cute, small place located on a busy street. I walked in and was greeted and told the lady my name. She gave me my food, I paid and left. When I got in I dug in and the sandwich was just ok and the I wasted the fries because it wasn’t good. I had an ok experience.

Got the 2 egg platter, coffee and an oj. Everything was good, no complaints. Pretty standard diner food. Wish I got more than a single pack of jam. I’m sure they’d give more if I asked but off the bat it would have been great

They did not disappoint me. I ordered breakfast this morning. grilled chicken omelette with mushrooms, avocado and spinach. I asked to not include cheese and they did not add cheese which was great. I asked for ketchup with my home fries and they put it on the home fries instead of giving me packs of ketchup which is great because some restaurants just throw catch up packs in your bag ( which i dislike) instead of putting it on your home fries. I ordered a side of grits ( they were not too stiff and not too “soupy”) and the platter came with wheat toast. food was good. it was delivered with grubhub and i have no complaints!. this will be my go-to diner when I want to order breakfast from home 🙂 oh the toast was not toasted too hard or too soft it was perfect!. excuse the quality of my camera lol.
