I usually have good experiences at this location, but today was very disappointing. I ordered a kids meal and later decided to change my order. The employee, Annabel, told me I could not change it at the window and that I needed to drive around and place a new order, which I did.

When I returned to the window, she stated she did not have my order and closed the window. She then told the Assistant Manager that I declined the kids meal and implied that I was concerned about the price, which was untrue. Ultimately, they refused to take my new order, even though it was for a higher-priced item.

Additionally, the Assistant Manager was sitting at the drive-through window with several other employees, talking and touching their hair instead of addressing the situation or assisting customers. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and poorly managed.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Great experience only problem fingernail in burger so somebody was working without gloves if my child had have been eating this he would have died so people if you do take a chance on eating I would recommend you not go thru drive please go inside and watch your food be prepared especially if the male manager is there he made excuses that their were no females working that night either I told him a male could have been wearing them the point is they were not wearing gloves my children will no longer be eating burger king never again people please be careful eventually someone is gonna die from this place and everybody thought it was funny it will not be so funny when someone dies only good thing I was the one eating the burger and not my child please get your act together if you are going to make food for people this is so sad traumatized for life

I took my sons here today for an after school snack. He wanted a Jr burger and onion rings with a coke. The woman taking my order was less than helpful when I told her I didn’t know the combo number because the digital screen keeps changing as I’m browsing. So she asked me what I wanted on the burger and I asked for onion rings and coke with the combo. I get to the window and pay. When I ask for my drink they say it doesn’t come with one, then I found out I paid $11.68 for a kids burger and onion rings. Then I tried to call the survey on the receipt and of course it’s illegible. What a disappointment and waste of $12. This king has lost his crown.

Stopped for a quick lunch at Burger King, Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA, and was surprised to learn that the majority of the staff are new.

I ordered a whopper combo FOB (fresh off the broiler), and after receiving my meal at the drive-thru, the burger and fries were cold; the meat appears as though it had been sitting on a warmer for minutes, and the condiments were thrown on top of the burger without any consideration for the guest who would ultimately consume it.

Moreover, I was extremely displeased with my whopper meal. However, I should’ve trusted my gut and checked my bag thoroughly before leaving the drive-thru line.

***Burger King have it your way. I think not.

I visited the Hampton Burger King Mercury Blvd. My son and tasted the Impossible Whoopr It was real good.

I always ask that they give me a fresh burger. The IW I had was not shiny like the picture.in order for that to happen it would have to contain fat. It did have a lot of flavor.

I took my family here on 12-21-2024. We received an amazing service and the store manager was great and so polite. We truly appreciate the manager and everyone working on this day who were so kind, accommodating, and understanding. We loved how much the manager was checking on us asking if we loved our food and making sure all was well. 10 out of 10 service for sure! Thank you all so much! ❤️

As I pulled in the parking lot I order my food on the app. As soon as my son and I walked into the door we were friendly greeted by the young gentleman bagging up the orders. He had great customer service representing BK. The store and parking area was clean. I was happy to see positive attitude and great customer service. I didn’t get his name but thank you. The food was hot and fresh. We had a great experience!
