Not bad work with the three for sevens. Exceptional for a BK. The bacon cheeseburger was assembled well and the chicken fries were hot, crispy and fresh as well as a classic style chicken sandwich. Service was a little slow on the approach but when the cashier did arrive it she was very kind and understanding.

Yet another bad experience at this place. As per usual the lobby was dirty and the order was wrong. Almost 20 minutes for 2 burgers. No mayo, and no onions. Of course there’s mayo, and onions. I don’t have 40 minutes to wait for food. The assistant manager didn’t even bother saying a word to me over it. I did get my refund but the customer service was nonexistent. After today I won’t bother coming back. 12/31

What a disappointment to see this restaurant decline I will just speak to my last three experiences all within this month. You will always be asked to pull up and wait. The two times pulling up
To wait for dinner.. the fries were so cold they were stiff and the containers were half full. This morning my wife brings home what was supposed to be the ultimate breakfast biscuit. It was just egg and cheese and no ham, no bacon and no sausage as it was supposed to be. I know you should always check your bag before driving off… but should you??? I will not be spending my money here any longer and I will definitely spread the word. Another Kennett disappointment.

My dad and I visited here on March 3, and everything was all right expect a few things. The fries were extremely salty where Dad couldn’t finish them. Some of the tables were cleaned off, yet some weren’t. Also, our receipt wasn’t itemized well enough to know their extra charge for cheese and the like. Other than that, it wasn’t bad and I could eat here again.

Versions of the meal have been served for over a century, but its origins are still unclear.[11] The 1758 edition of the book The Art of Cookery Made Plain and Easy by Hannah Glasse included a recipe called “Hamburgh sausage”, suggesting that it should be served “roasted with toasted bread under it.” A similar snack was also popular in Hamburg under the name of “Rundstück warm” (“bread roll warm”) in 1869 or earlier,[12] and was supposedly eaten by emigrants on their way to America. However, this may have contained roasted beefsteak rather than Frikadelle. It has alternatively been suggested that Hamburg steak served between two pieces of bread and eaten by Jewish passengers travelling from Hamburg to New York on Hamburg America Line vessels (which began operations in 1847) became so well known that the shipping company gave its name to the dish.[13] It is not known which of these stories actually marks the invention of the hamburger and explains the name.

There is a reference to a “Hamburg steak” as early as 1884 in The Boston Journal.[OED, under “steak”] On July 5, 1896, the Chicago Daily Tribune made a highly specific claim regarding a “hamburger sandwich” in an article about a “Sandwich Car”: “A distinguished favorite, only five cents, is Hamburger steak sandwich, the meat for which is kept ready in small patties and ‘cooked while you wait’ on the gasoline range.”[14]

Will be the last time we use the Kennett BK. Middle aged manager who has always been very pleasant in the past today refused to honor the military discount offered by BK. She has personally given me the discount numerous times most recently in the last 2 weeks. Today she informed me BK only gives the discount toward my meal even though corporate clearly shows 10% off the entire order. On a side note I will add BK offers a 50% discount to police, fire and first responders. Seems a bit off but not a big issue. In the end it was seemingly to difficult for them to place the partial discount on our meal. So I paid nearly $29 (definitely not worth near the price) for 5 burgers from the value meal, 3 drinks and cheese fries. Tea was awful. Burgers were hot but tasted very strange they ended up in the trash. The cheese fries were good at least although they were sold out of the hot so had to settle for regular. Our kids wanted some of the crowns so we grabbed a few. Appears they just reused old ones as they had dried up ketchup all over them. Attempting to contact corporate now or a regional manager

Honestly on the servic it should be negative stars. Got there and had to wait in the drive thru line for an hour, then finally got our order and the lady “forgot” our drink. Then when we got the soda the lady didn’t give a straw and even though she could clearly see us trying to get her attention she ignored us. I realize sometimes it gets busy but no excuse for ignoring your customers.
