Went to lunch with a friend. It’s a window service place inside Bridgpointe Station with several other small bars and window counters. Not a big sign so took me a minute to find. Food was really good for the most part. Lunch special is 3 dumplings and a big bowl of ramen with your choice of ingredients for 16 bucks. Not bad price for what you get.

My two sons and I went to enjoy the College Football Playoffs at Bridgeway Station when my youngest , Darius , inquired about Hotto Noodle. We decided to stop by and check out what they had to offer. We were instantly greeted by a young man who we assume to be the manager. He kindly explained the “build your own” ramen and rice bowls they had to offer. My eldest , Tyberious, decided on a tonkotsu ramen bowl. Darius tested his luck with the steak rice bowl. I myself was rejoiced when I noticed their shrimp hibachi. Our food was ready within 15 minutes to my shock as the young man was working the station alone. We sat down and enjoyed what had to be some of the best asian cuisine we’ve tasted in quite some time. We finished our meal and thanked the young man once again. We will definitely be returning to dip into the rest of the menu !

This Rice bowl was an absolute joke. Just rice and dry chicken. No veggies. For $10 in 2025 I expect more from a place at this new food hall. Friendly staff, quick service.
The Staff was nice about it, but whoever designed this menu has never been to an Asian restaurant before. The nicest thing about the meal was the quality to-go container it came in.

I’m pretty shocked at how bad the ramen was here. Service was fine and the atmosphere of the cafeteria is nice (crooked and annoying tables though) but the food itself was so bad I really wouldn’t recommend this place for ramen.
Miso soup base was the only good thing about it. When the order came out really fast I wondered how they get a bowl of ramen together so quickly, turns out it’s just underdone.
Noodles were tough and rubbery, mushrooms were mostly raw, seaweed was haphazardly thrown in there in a stack so it was difficult to separate the pieces (became a blob of seaweed a cm thick). The chicken was so bad I had to fish it out and leave it in a napkin.
Only parts of my bowl I liked were the miso base, corn, and fishcakes. Really really bad ramen. I think others have had a good experience but my Sunday evening bowl was really bad. I feel bad leaving a low rating, but other than the Bridgeway Station Campus being pretty, there was no saving grace.

I went there with my family yesterday, but before we could even order we were told it would be about 30 to 45 minutes for a new batch of broth for the ramen to be available. We went to a different food offering beside the place, which took every bit of 30 minutes for the food to be ready. While we waited, I saw them taking orders from other folks, no mention to anyone about a wait, and those people being served. I figured perhaps the broth became available sooner than anticipated, and suggested we get some food to go, as we’d wanted to try this place. No sooner do I walk up, same guy stops me, says their broth is unavailable for 30 to 45 minutes. I don’t know why I was discriminated against, but it felt very directed.

They have a wide range of options here, including ramen and bowls with chicken or pork. They have sheets you can fill out including toppings, spice level, and protein and then you are given a buzzer. Service was very quick and the prices were reasonable and I will be coming back!

Terrible place. They were out of everything (pork broth, pork, noodles, bamboo shoots, ie half the menu), and it took 30 minutes to make what ended up being terrible ramen. The eggs were hard boiled and the broth had no flavor. The dumplings were good though. I only went here because I had free money on an app and I was still disappointed.

I enjoyed the ramen I ordered. I had the miso base with chashu pork. I went with level 1 on the heat level. It was just right for me. The one complaint I’d have was the egg, its appearance, that is. I don’t know how traditional ramen eggs are made, but these here are just regular hard-boiled eggs. Not that they taste bad, just a different look. Regardless, I’ll definitely be back for some more ramen!
The restaurant is located in a food hall type building, so there’s open seating and an outdoor area, which is very nice.

We just had a sad experIence at this “restaurant”. Hoped to grab a quick snack and drink. We were out of luck. Ordered three kinds of dumplings and were warned it would take five minutes extra because the steamer was full. After waiting at least twenty minutes we went back to the counter to check on our order. Were told five more minutes. Much more time than that passed when my daughter went to check again. She was given two of the three varieties we had ordered and told again “five more minutes.” After we had already finished the first batch the buzzer finally notified us that our last batch of dumplings was ready.
It was a lovely day and to avoid the reverberating noise in the food hall we enjoyed sitting outdoors in the breeze, so the ridiculous wait might not have been such an annoyance if the food had been good. But again we were out of luck. The dumplings were doughy, so limp they fell apart when you picked them up and fairly tasteless. It was not possible to discern a difference in flavor between the pork, veggie, and the not-spicy-at-all “spicy” beef. The frozen dumplings from the grocery store are far superior.
Don’t waste your time or money at Hotto.

It was my first time at a Bridgeway station, staff were very helpful in explaining all of the options. A lot of open seating. I got the chicken ramen and it was very delicious, this will be my new lunch spot for the good prices
