They’re about to close so I probably shouldn’t have had such high expectations. The dining area was completely closed and so we ate in a bar where the music was blaring and people were hooting and hollering. And that was even before the karaoke started. We got the roast. Beef was salad and potato on the side and it was average. We also ordered the escargot which were terrible. Which makes sense because they probably didn’t have any fresh ones. But what does it matter now?

A group of my friends went to Glendora Continental for dinner, drinks, and to enjoy the band The Dogs.
The staff were amazing, they smiled, were friendly and professional as they made sure we had everything we wanted . They tag teamed as they checked on us making sure we received the food and drinks we ordered. Frequently checking to see if we wanted anything else.
The food was delicious. Some of our group ordered the 10 inch prime rib dinner. Others ordered beef dips, chips, salsa and guacamole. Later, the peanut butter pie was enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed their food.
The drinks were flowing. Some of us ordered wine, shots, beer, mixed drinks, diet soft drinks, or water… someone has to drive.
The band was great. We sang, danced, and laughed all night.

We had a lovely dinner in a warm and charming setting. The service was great and the menu had plenty of choices. My rack of lamb, au gratin potatoes, and squash bisque were all delicious. A truly enjoyable experience.

Classic favorite – leather-upholstered booths and dim lighting.. Friendly bar full of regulars. Easy access with plenty of free parking. The kitchen is rather slow but the wait staff keeps you happy while you’re waiting for your food. If you want a steak dinner, this place is for you. If you’re a wine enthusiast, BYO!!

Unfortunately uncrowded at lunch. Because we were early bartender doubled as server but did a great job. Regular server also nice, helpful & unobtrusive. Food was great. Both beef dip & lamb dip were excellent. Fries good and onion rings great. Half priced wine (bottle) an exceptional bargain.
Hate to see this place close and am sad I waited so long to try it. Don’t miss out ’cause it be there much longer.

This place should have been around for a long time, judging by its interior setting.
Anyway, the food tastes good, the price is decent, and the service is prompt.
Will come back if I visit nearby in the future.

Unfortunately only one server even though the owner was there. And only a few tables with few guest. As I sat down, there was a long black hair on my plate under the napkin. I mentioned it to the waitress and she laughed and said is there someone under the table who did that. I really didn’t think it was funny. Gross! And she just removed the hair. She had her hair in a ponytail loosely. Table cloth was dirty. Then we had to keep getting up to ask for certain things. Even though it was requested when ordered. It seemed like the waitress was in a hurry not patient at all when questioning about the menu, irritated.
Mushrooms in garlic butter were delicious.
Salad was good amount.
Ahi tuna very dry and hard.
Prime rib over cooked and hard to chew. Vegetables were good. Not too soft or too hard just right.
Potatoes good flavor.
Crème brûlée had a 1/2 teaspoon of mango with made it very tasty.
1st time for me. But my friend has been coming here since who knows when. He said unfortunately, Service has gone down hill.

I stopped by for a cocktail at their bar on a Thursday evening. The bartender was great, very friendly. I think her name was Chelsea, she makes a good vodka martini. The locals were very funny and friendly. I sat next to a gentleman having what looked like a very delicious prime rib dinner. I asked him about it and he said “it’s usually good”. I’m definitely trying it on my next visit. There are red booths in the bar area, which gives the place that old school, classic, and cozy vibe. Good first date or date night spot.

Old school dining experience in the restaurant area with great menu choices if not a bit limited. Eating in the bar area is also great if you want to stay and enjoy the live music. Hearty portions with reasonable prices for the quality. Quirky and a flashback to the kind of place your grandparents would frequent but in all the right ways.
