I picked up a Sausage McMuffin this morning from McDonald’s at Army Trail Rd and County Farm Rd, Carol Stream, IL. When I got to work and opened it, it looked like someone took a bite out of it. Staff blamed “the machine,” but these are hand-assembled—how did they miss this? They offered two free meals, but this lazy, unacceptable behavior shows zero quality control. I ordered a simple hamburger with only ketchup mustard and pickles. I got a simple hamburger loaded with those tiny rehydrated onions, 1 pickle slice and nothing else. Good thing I asked for ketchup packets. Always check your order before you leave but since I was on the drive thru I didn’t check. I won’t make that mistake again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONLDS TERRABLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They told me they could not give me a new meal when they clearly put pickles on my chicken sandwich and I am allergic to pickles. I would have had an entire allergic reaction if my dad didn’t see it and throw it out. I came back into that store with a recipt and they said I needed the meal. How am I supposed to give me the fricking meal of if I can’t even be in the same car as it. Make it make sense. Please I beg do not go to this restaurant. Whoever the manager was she was a terrible human being.

This place is a joke early morning, I place a mobile order and the woman always tells me that they are closed. The guy that works the other days is great! I haven’t seen him in awhile though. That woman is just lazy and I can’t understand her at all. She tells me that she canceled my order.

I frequently assist in buying meals for unhoused individuals in the area, and today this McDonald’s went out their way to intentionally not give them their paid order AND told them they could not sit inside. I called to find out why they were unable to pick up the order I paid for and have a receipt for and pressed “im here for” and the lady was rude, had no explanation that made sense, told me she didn’t have to tell me her name AND that she was the manager (which i knew she wasn’t). Call was made at 9:20 pm on 11/20. Order was placed at 8:30. Thats how long this took to resolve with NO resolution. I wound up having to place an order again. This will be my last day patronizing this establishment until the staff is trained in customer service, and customer resolution.
