I think Burger King us under rated. They are SO much faster than their competition. The chicken sandwiches are a hit and miss tho. If your hungry get a whopper. They always have great customer service and clean dining. I dont like the mayo (thats my thing). And its less expensive.

I am Muslim and do not eat pork. This is the second time in about two weeks that I specifically requested no bacon on my sandwich, yet it was still included. Unfortunately, the sandwich was unusable because the bacon juices and oil had soaked into it. This is very disappointing, and I hope the restaurant improves attention to special dietary requests.

When we arrived for lunch about 1:30pm on a Thursday, we were the only ones in line in the dining room. There was probably a car or two in the drive-thru. We could see the manager and one employee in the front and three in the food prep area, and yet they still managed to get 2 out of our 3 sandwiches wrong. The boyfriend asked to add tomato to his original chicken sandwich and I wanted extra mayo. Although the receipt had it right, neither sandwich was.
When I went up to tell them the manager was doing something to what I believe was the ice cream machine? If he heard or saw me he never acknowledged it and since he was busy I just stood quietly waiting for 5 minutes or so waiting for the other employee to finish at the drive-thru window. When I explained the situation he asked if I just wanted the tomatoes or a new sandwich. I took the tomatoes. It was the boyfriend looking for his tomatoes on my sandwich who realized it lacked the extra mayo I requested so I then let the employee know I needed that as well. The employee was nice, he apologized, but they were just so haphazard at trying to get the missing ingredients! One in the back was walking around with the tomatoes in his hand while the front counter employee looked for a container for them, settling on a shake lid for the tomatoes and then using the cup portion for my missing mayo.
The sandwiches weren’t hot to begin with and certainly not now and it was clear we’d gotten the leftover chicken. Same for the fries. This used to be one of the fastest and best run Burger Kings in town, but this does not seem to be the case anymore. It was just a very disappointing experience and worse, an extremely disappointing lunch.

Manager on his personal cell phone when taking orders, very rude and unprofessional. Nearly every table in the place is dirty and nobody is cleaning. If anyone is wondering why this place is so empty during lunch time. This is why. The area where you get drinks, napkins etc is also an absolute mess. Contrast this with Chick-fil-A and there is simply no comparison. BK cares about $$$ only. Chick-fil-A cares about their customers. I have been here now for about 20 minutes and the manager is Still on his personal cell phone and taking orders.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a large fry for lunch. I wasn’t really in the mood for anything fancy but this sounded good. The line went quickly and the staff was pleasant. It was what you should expect of a Burger King and they did a great job. Thank you for quick lunch, staff!

I asked for 2 extra hot egg, cheese, and bacon croissants. Great deal, by the way. I had to wait for at least 10 minutes before paying for them and another minute to receive them. I then proceeded to go home, which is in Hartford. When I was on the interstate, I reached into the bag and pulled out the sandwiches. It was horrible. I guess when I asked for extra hot, they must have thought more time I the microwave. The bread on the croissants was very hard. It was barely bendable. The cheese was hard, but the bacon was good. I took the bread off, it was really bad, and was able to get most of the dehydrated cheese off and ate the eggs and bacon. I have been to this Burger King many times and have had great food and great service. I am very disappointed.

I’ve recently made BK my go-to burger place because they generally give good value; specifically toppings. Sadly, this BK gave me only one sad little slice of tomato, I’m expecting 2 or 3. Being a little cheap means one less customer.

Ordered dbl crst-wich with BACON AND HAM breakfast. Typically not a problem when the normal guy is working. Today normal guy wasn’t there, the kids working today apparently don’t know the difference between “bacon” and “sausage”. Do better boys. Pay attention and just do better, because today you failed and SUCKED AT YOUR JOB. .
