It’s great to get a pizza buffet for lunch, but it’s really hit or miss on the variety of pizzas they put out. They had too many with jalapenos when we went and for some reason, they seem to think an onion and tomato pizza would be a hit. Very strange.

Super unhappy with Mazzio’s delivery. If I’m spending $50 on pizza it should be delivered in the estimated timeframe, if not I feel like updates should be given. Supposed to arrive 30-40 minutes, it took at least 60 and was COLD when it arrived. Took 40 minutes from the “time it headed my way” for a 5 min drive. I typically like Mazzio’s, but this seems to happen every time I order. Definitely feels like I’m overpaying for cold pizza.

I would rate them a zero if possible. $120 order of pizza was an hour late which is understandable if they are busy but the order was wrong and short two pizzas. They didn’t care to make it right. Frustrating.

Ordered our pizza well done, as we always do. Received a black burnt pizza. Customer Service said it was ok because I ordered it well done. Doesn’t seem right to me. We always order well done and it has never come to us like this.

We went for buffet on Tuesday. We thought the buffet was until 2:00. It was until 1:30. We got there about 1:00. The pizza they had on buffet was very dried out. Although the salad bar was delicious. Next time we’ll go earlier.

The ice machine was broken and so was the drink machine and it was filthy. The soda was hot and they didn’t tell me ahead of time or give any kind of discount. Would have got water if I would have know the soda was hot. The lady was rude when I asked if there were any other ice machines because my drink was flat and nasty. I wouldnt be so upset if I was notified in advance I wouldn’t have got the drink. Also it was filthy at our table and mold was coming through the wall. The bathroom was pretty gross too and the blinds at our table were full of mold and grease. Yuck
