As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

if i could give zero stars i most definitely would.
i did a uber eats order and trusted my food would come exactly as i wanted, however it did not. i paid extra for sauces i did not receive and it clearly says it on the receipt. i received a small fry instead of a medium fry and my sandwich has little to no toppings, also had little to no fries. absolutely ridiculous.

Dont you DARE drive thru the right side on accident to pick up an order. They sure got an issue with handing it to the driver instead of the driver having to park unbuckle and reach over…. its ROUGH to hand it to someone in the wrong window. Ill never make that mistake again!

The ladies that work here are so friendly they cook everything to order so if you want it as fast as you can drive through you’re gonna have to wait a few minutes, but everything is perfect exactly the way it’s supposed to be.
Service with a smile it’s not the greatest exterior, but it’s what’s inside that counts. I personally stick with the chicken items from the menu and the french fries of course, but that’s just personal preference

The order was BBQ Bacon Roadhouse, Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, 5 pc sweet and smoky BBQ wings, fries and funnel cake fries. The fries are really good like always, never fail. The BBQ Roadhouse seems smaller. I asked for extra BBQ and it seems to be less than normal. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, I ordered a double. INSTEAD, they gave me a normal single sandwich. I said it twice, even three times and it never showed. The wings look appetizing, nice and fresh. However, there’s no BBQ flavor. It lacks what it’s named. The chicken wings themselves are nice but do not satisfy me. A failed product this time. I would like to get what I paid for. 5/10. Not what I expected.

We don’t have Checkers near us on the east coast so we always look forward to coming here! Jean Paul was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The store was quick and the outdoor seating was clean!

Im so frustrated. We love the food but my orders always has at least one item wrong, we never get a receipt, and they dont answer the phone!?! I asked for my loaded fries with ranch on the side as my wife doesnt like it and we share a large. Get home covered in ranch.

I came to checkers to get me a small fries . I asks the cashier to have the fries cook to order . She said okay , when she went get my fries I watched her put the old fries in oil . When I saw that I waited for her to give me the fries. When I took a bite out of those fries all I taste was oil . I came back to her to let her know the fries taste like oil . She said to me that they would laugh at her if she give me fresh fries . When she said that rude comment to me I asks for a refund . I believe it was a manager who I was dealing with. She has a short hair cut and she was wearing green shirt. She very unprofessional and need to go back to hospitality school. How to treat customers .
