I attended the soft opening for this establishment and there is no doubt in my mind that there will be many 5 star reviews after mine. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The ambiance was absolutely wonderful. There was a bit of a wait for our table and food, but this was almost expected due to the soft opening status of our visit. The food was well worth the wait though and was amazing! Interesting menu with some typical and non typical items and I felt the prices were reasonable. A+ on this fine dining downtown location.

Amazing food! The different pairings where so incredible. The charcuterie board is a must try! There was truffle blue cheese, which was really mild and smooth, aged white cheddar (red dragon) best cheese I have eaten in a long time. Paired with jam, and a variety of meats, honey in the comb and blueberries. Yummy… that was just the starter. Grilled shrimp with chimmichuri sauce, excellent!
Bone in ribeye paired with the sweet potato hash, and roasted brussel sprouts with bacon.

Had the escargot for an appetizer. It’s not the normal garlic butter, but it’s still very tasty. For the main, I got the dusted pan seared walley, with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Was seasoned very well with a hint of heat. Was disappointed that they removed the bone marrow from the menu. That’s the reason I came here this evening. Ask for Claire, she is a great server. It’s definitely a place to check out

We had an excellent meal with phenomenal service. The host/owner checked on us to make sure the food was cooked well and was flavorful. The waiter was very friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great spot with amazing food! We had the wagyu beef and bacon-wrapped goat cheese appetizers. They were amazing. My husband had steak, which was perfectly prepared. I had the seafood special with the mashed potatoes and it was so delicious. The portions were large enough that I had to take the leftovers home. We will be back!

Absolutely love the atmosphere and all the staff. Very courteous. Our waiter Joe was exceptional in his job. Felt like I was at a five star restaurant in Chicago. I started out with the crab cakes, salmon with 4 cheese risotto for main course and ended with dessert. All was beyond what I expected for downtown Fond du Lac. So good. Congratulations on such a beautiful place. Definitely will be back.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! Easily the best food in the area with wonderful service and a classy (yet approachable) atmosphere. Dishes are full of flavor and thoughtfully composed. Nice selection of wine, which they’re happy to answer questions about/offer suggestions.
Most impressive to me was someone from the bar bringing me a replacement for the wine that had just been delivered (unsolicited!) because they weren’t sure if the first bottle had been open long enough to lose its effervescence. Just a really nice experience every time we’re in town for a visit 🙂

This restaurant is wonderful! The service is excellent, from making reservations over the phone, the cocktail service, the food service, all was perfect! The quality of food and beverages was also excellent. My son ordered the Chilean Sea bass, my grandson had the rib eye and I had the pork medallions. Not only was the food delicious but the plating was beautiful! I can now confidently bring visiting family from out of state, to a restaurant in Fdl. Since we made the reservations on such short notice, I came directly from work in jeans and a t shirt…next time I will dress in a manner appropriate to this beautiful restaurant!
