This place is serving RAW BEEF. Asked if they could replace for a different option that wasn’t undercooked and was told they will give me another option if I paid for it! They said they didn’t care and if we wanted something else then get in line and make an order. The customer service. HORRIBLE. The attitude. HORRIBLE. The accountability. NONE. This meal was for my daughter. Imagine if I didn’t check it beforehand. DO NOT EAT! FOOD IS TRASH!

I haven’t been to Circus Circus about a year and a half but pleasantly surprised when I walked inside and it no longer smell of cigarettes in the Casino. My wife daughter and I want to go try this place, but we were Little bit hesitant based off of the reviews and we’re pleased to say that we are satisfied with the food. However, there’s smallest combo with six cream cheese tons and a 32 ounce diet Pepsi rendas about $30. I get At that food in the casinos have to be expensive in order for them to make a profit, but it’s not worse. The price that was paid. In equivalent, I can get To double double meals In-N-Out for this price. Nonetheless, the food was really delicious, and they really do cook the food fresh.

This man needs to get spoke to he gave such a big attitude to me and the other costumers in front of me he is an African American with a tattoo dreads and mid 20’s he really needs to get a reality check also very slow almost like this man was high!!! I’m not one to put a bad review but he really needs to get his attitude checked I don’t want no one else getting this type of bad costumer service seriously!!! It was $30 for one meal, two appetizers, and drink. The food is decent, a little greasy, but everything tasted good. My issue was with the staff. One of the employees reached to grab the large serving spoon to serve the people behind me while I waited for my food to be prepared, and the male employee SLAPPED the hand of the female employee because he wanted to serve me because I was waiting. It was incredibly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. He was so rude to her in front of the customers, terrible customer service.

Don’t think the price is really worth it. Orange chicken tasted like dirt. Shrimps were extremely soggy and tasted old. Pretty sure you could get something similar that’s cheaper/same price thats
ten times better. Workers weren’t welcoming at all. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We showed up to this place an entire hour before they closed. They had 7 noodles, 3 pieces of orange chicken, a scoop of rice, and an egg roll. They refused to make anymore because “they close soon.” They stood there and watched people come up and leave for an hour. Absolutely wild to witness. I’d give zero stars if I could taste it.
