I absolutely love the renovations! The restaurant looks so clean and welcoming. The staff were very accommodating as well. I had been waiting for about twenty minutes when a young lady came over and so kindly asked if I needed anything while I waited. She told me her name was Leah, and I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness. I don’t usually receive that level of care at other restaurants, so I can honestly say Zaxby’s has created a very pleasant and respectful environment.

Will not patronize this Zaxby’s again. I used a Zaxby’s gift card. They chose to apply a RANDOM amount to my bill INSTEAD of using the remaining gift card balance for my food purchase. When they told me what I owed, I replied that’s incorrect but went ahead and paid with my credit card as to not hold up the drive thru line. They tried to make it seem like I had nothing left on the card which was not true and when I looked at my receipt it showed the remaining balance I knew that I had. May sound like a trivial matter to some but how this was handled and lying to me does not sit right with me. I definitely will be monitoring my credit card for any fraudulent charges since I could not see when they were swiping my card. Also, they manually entered the gift card number instead of scanning the bar code. Why????!!!!!…and last but definitely not least the Manager (I’m assuming thats who she was) was talking so very low and mumbling all while looking like a space cadet. I never heard a word she said. No sir No ma’am won’t be back.

I have never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant. Attitudes from every including the manager. I waited 20 minutes and then asked for a refund. Was laughed at and the manager didn’t care.

My son and I stopped through the drive thru at this Zaxby’s around 9:00 PM tonight. My son ordered a Signature Sandwich meal with an order of fries and medium Dr. Pepper. He also added an order of Fried Pickles to his order. I then added an order of Veggie Egg Rolls to the same order. We parked and waited for six minutes for the order to be cooked to order and brought to our car. The ordered was delivered to our car promptly and we headed home.
When I arrived home and opened my Egg Rolls I discovered that they were burned on the outside and very dry. I turned one of them over and discovered that it actually had a black burn spot on it . This is totally unacceptable! I hardly ever write a review but I think that you all need to know about this and this issue should be addressed with the employees cooking and packaging the food at 9:00 PM on Sunday, August 10th. I deserve an apology; otherwise, I will not be patronizing this location in the future.

This is the most unorganized establishment I’ve ever seen. I live right down the street so I come here often simply for location convenience but every time I come it’s 30 minutes to an hour to get my food and something is always missing from my order. Employees walk around dumbfounded like they have no idea what’s going on with the exception of a few. I will not be back anymore unless they make some serious changes. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered online, 2 party trays of fingers and boneless wings. Home made potato chips, Cole slaw. Food was ready at the time of pickup, and quality was excellent. The two employees who assisted us were very helpful and courteous.

This food was cold. I ordered the new chicken philly and the fries were cold and hard and all over my sandwich. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out so I figured they were making it to order. I had a friend that worked there and I feel like these kids were being very disrespectful with giving me food like this to be funny. Nothing was good. It was too many people there for this to be the service.
