It is ashamed that I pay 20 for a meal and want 1 extra teriyaki sauce to go with the dinner and they want to charge me and “up charge” for 1 extra sauce. I will not be going back. Papis chicken is much better and they don’t give me a hard time for an extra sauce. It’s not like I asked for a bag full, just 1 extra with my 20 dollar meal. You can keep it.

I haven’t been eating there for long but all of a sudden today my order was more expensive than every other time I ate there when I order the same thing every time. She said I had to pay for extra cream cheese this time but when I get my California sushi rolls it’s little to NO cream cheese on there so I paid extra for no reason at all and I’m upset because I had to hurry up and get back to work.

I’m disappointed to write this review due to this being one of my favorite places but the condition of the cashier screen/customer payment screen that customers are required to touch to tip in order to complete the transaction was DISGUSTING! The one customers use for tipping was covered in a coating of grime, grease, boogers, probably even a virus and no I’m not exaggerating. My point is, if they are neglecting to wipe down a screen that is used most likely 200 times a day by the public then what else are they neglecting to do that compromises the basic health of their customers? The cashier screen looked as if it was never cleaned. The silver outer edge of the screen had literal brown spots of buildup on it from months of not being cleaned. Before I paid, I said to the cashier that the screen was appalling and needed to be cleaned or at minimum wiped down. She looked at me ignored what I said and then told me I could pay when I was ready, she wasn’t rude she was just confused I think. I know what you’re thinking… no I was not rude nor condescending, I just made what seemed to be a basic public health request. Once I dreadfully touched zero on the tip screen which is something I NEVER do, I went and washed my hands. I just find it hard to believe that the employees literally use and touch these screens every single day all day long and their hasn’t even been a single thought to clean them or more importantly to clean the customers screen that is SOLEY USED FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO TIP THE EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF THEM. I hope this review will get to the eyes of someone that will take action. Thankyou!

The food is incredible, no complaints in that department but it does make me question the integrity of the cleanliness of the kitchen. If they don’t see a problem with those screens then God help us all. I will go back once the cleaning standards improve. I also never leave reviews so this should speak volumes.

Paid $39.82 for two people. The clear broth soup was good as well as our entrees. The portion sizes were great and I loved how the white sauces are individually packaged. Will definitely come again when in the area.

Over four years since moving to Leland, I have never tried this place.

I ordered the Chicken Yakisoba. It was fine but too sweet for my taste. I prefer a savory dish and keep the sweets for dessert. Next time I’ll have to ask for suggestions for other dishes to try.

The woman at the counter was very nice.

I liked that I didn’t have to clean my table.

I come here very frequently and always order the same thing . I never usually get to go I always eat in but this time I did and there was a hair in my food so I called and they offer to replace the food. And then he called back to make sure I brought back the food as if I wanted to keep the food with hair ??? Also they remade the food but would not replace the sauces I already paid for? Which I think is dumb if I used all of the sauce on the plate full with the hair why should I have to pay for the sauce again when the order was remade? Then the cashier call her self getting smart by saying you also checked your food before you left which is true but had I seen the hair that was imbedded in the broccoli underneath the onions I would’ve definitely said something right then and there . Im honestly distraught as if I need to lie about a piece of hair ??? I am a PAYING customer . The food was remade but my appetite is gone. Please do better with your customer service skills… we’re the reason the lights are on .

My adult children are here visiting from Charlotte where they eat at Miyabi Jr Express regularly. They just came back from the Leland location and told me the food was nearly inedible. They spent $46 on a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and a Filet Mignon bowl and left after eating three bites. They told me their meat had NO seasoning on it – not even salt and pepper, and it was tough and overcooked. I am furious at THEM for not walking it back to the counter and complaining which is why I am writing this review for them. Management needs to evaluate the quality of the food being served and make improvements.

This use to be me and my husband favorite place I used to spend the last 20 dollars on food from them but now I don’t even want to go back so we always order teriyaki chicken and veggies and rice and I like broccoli added to mine and my husband for veggies he only gets broccoli we first things first the chicken had a after tast of fish and barley any teriyaki sauce and it’s like they gave us half of what we normally get and replaced it with broccoli the second thing is the broccoli tasted like they just picked it form out side it was hard and this is the first time this has happened it was the taller one cooking and no one was there and no calls were coming in so it can’t be because they were rushing now the short stocky cook we have not seen any I know this would not have be this way omg I understand prices have went up but if they go up I would not think they would just give you one scoop of chicken but that’s fine like I said I don’t think we will ever go back it really sucks but now I can’t eat that so 40 dollars is just wasted I hope everyone else has better experience

While on the way to Airport, I was looking for good restaurant to have quick lunch. I found this place and ordered Fish & Shrimp Hibachi Entree. Thought it would be quick bite but portion of fish, shrimp, rice and veggies made it large size. The food was delicious. I will try again when I have enough time.
