The order was placed and fully paid for online, with a scheduled pickup time of 10:21 PM. I arrived at the store around 10:23 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11:00 PM. However, upon arrival, both entrance doors were locked, and employees inside were already cleaning and preparing to close. Some lights were partially on, and the beverage machine had already been shut off.

After asking to be let in, I entered the store and spoke with the staff. A female employee informed me that the burger I ordered was not available, despite the fact that the order had already been accepted and paid for online. When I asked how this would be handled, there was no response for 1–2 minutes. When I requested that the entire order be canceled, I was told to wait again.

After additional waiting, a male employee suggested that I choose a different item instead. With no clear option for a refund at the store, I felt pressured to reorder and selected a similar item, requesting it as a meal.

When I returned home and opened the food, the Italian Beef Dip was in extremely poor condition—soggy, mushy, and barely edible, clearly not meeting acceptable quality standards.

To summarize the issues:

The store was locked before the posted closing time, despite accepting online orders.

My paid order could not be fulfilled because the item was “not available.”

I was not offered a clear refund option at the store.

The replacement food I received was in unacceptable condition.

Its friday fed 27th 2026 at 11:44pm. The woman working the drive thru has the absolute worse attitude and customer service. Asking her 1 question had her rudely respond to me. If she doesn’t want to work she should stay home. For the managers, your store has good quality food but that doesn’t absolve your business from ensuring that your workers treat customers with some level of quality customer service. Its ashame because this how many business go under. Please provide some training and corrective actions for staff who show up and are not pleasant and nasty to your customers.

Ik it was late and all when I went in but I’m leaving review because of the basic fact that they acted like I was dumb. I used to work at Arby’s and I made a fair share of loaded fries— so I may have memory lapse here but I believe the ingredients are fries , the ranch used on the BLT sandwich , Arby’s red sauce (the one from the beef n cheedar) and the cheese — so help me understand how these kids told me they were out , but let me order my BandC sandwich with fries ..? And a blt ? Like obviously that covers all the ingredients and I don’t appreciate them being dishonest to be lazy . Then on top of that the food thwy did give me was stale . I get it and I try to be kind to those who serve food and all but this is hard earned money and fresh food is the ideal when spending at place like this … 30 min is the holding time for fries after that — you should drop more — I could’ve waited 6 min … let’s get it together or get better workers bc What

Been to this location a couple times. Service is always good, staff is always friendly. Tried the Diablo dare, went with the chicken. The sandwich is spicy probably for a lot of people. I have a high heat tolerance and I found it to be right amount of spice. I was disappointed in the chicken patty. I would have loved it if it was a little thicker juicier and more like a Chick-fil-A chicken patty or a Zaxby’s chicken patty. The fries have the same sauce, seasoning, jalapenos and also have cheese. Pretty good. The Dare comes with a small shake, I’m partial to vanilla.

Waited in line for 2 minutes. I was handed cold burnt curly fries. I visited the location on 8/19/2023 @ 145 the driver thru cashier did not provide her name. I asked for fresh fries she got an attitude went and put some fresh fries on the top and left the cold burnt fries at the bottom. I will never visit this location again. Poor customer service

Waste of money. This Arby’s DOES NOT ‘have the meats.’

I Ordered a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich meal. When it arrived the box felt almost empty. Turns out, it was!
The amount of meat on my sandwich was pitiful. I took it back up to the counter and showed them, thinking this must be some mistake for a meal that I just paid $12 for. No, I was assured that the tiny piece that didn’t even come close to covering the bun was the proper amount.

Came here to grab lunch today and I got this thrown together sandwich and some hardly warm fries. Also as I sat in the drive through I’m guessing the cook came up to the window opened it up closed it right back and started to adjust himself and his pants with the same gloves on he’s preparing food with while the girl in drive through was playing on her phone. I get that it may be hard to find some help but I’d gladly pay another couple bucks for decent food along with someone with a pleasant attitude and cleanliness…..

The Hispanic cashier (young girl) that was working Drive Thru 12/10/25 evening was very immature and unprofessional. In the middle of placing my order, I can hear her giggling and laughing through the headset. It was beneath me to say something to her at the window. I didn’t expect children to get hired these days.
