Please let’s make it better next time thanks I went back to this place and I ordered basically the same. But this time they did a nasty burger and I told the manager to please put lettuce, tomato and onion to make a good Burger. I’m going to share a photo, so you guys can see for yourself. If I was the owner of this place. I will find your hair or will retraining her. These people are just getting the Money.

As soon as my family and I walked in we noticed there was not a clean table in the whole restaurant. They had 2 families in there and maybe one car in the drive thru. We ordered and paid for our food and had to wipe down our own table. The staff seems kind of annoyed whenever they have to deal with customers. We were ticket number 72. The kept calling 71 over and over and looked annoyed I didn’t respond. The highlight was when I watched one of the employees reach into where the fries were and grab one and eat it. Cleanliness is a 0. No wonder this Burger King is never busy.

The clerk taking my order was very rude. I was telling her how I wanted my order and she was not listening to me. I want the 2 for 1 breakfast croissant. One egg, cheese with sausage. The 2nd one with egg and cheese and wanted sausage to the side. I had to go to the window to ask her to repeat my order. I told her to never mind to the other stuff I requested. Guess Burger King doesn’t have it your way…

Went there for the first time in years for the New Krabby Patty Meal. I had bought two bundles and they took 30mins to even get my order taken and another 20 to get my order. After that we got our bundle and left as we were driving off we opened the box and there was no cakes and when we went back to ask why we got charged for the cakes and didn’t receive them they just said they didnt have any but why not tell us as we ordered that you didn’t have them or ask for a substitute instead they did none of that and they all looked miserable. Safe to say this is why burger king has a bad reputation and why no one goes.

Ordered fiery wrap, small fry, UNsweet tea. Had to pull around and wait 10 minutes for the order. The fries were not salted, chicken was regular and my tea was sweet. Wasted my money

The food was not properly made. We dined in so the food should have been fresh. The server hardly spoke. Not very clean if you look closely. Not decorated for holidays.. several dirty tables and they are not busy at all. Maintenance is slacking. The AC works.

Monday December 29th at 9:51pm. I pulled up to order & the little girl working taking orders is claiming that they’re only taking cash. I can hear her & a bunch of other little kids ( workers ) laughing in the background saying I can’t believe she just did that. So I’m going to get cash & coming back so that they have to take my order. Just immature & ridiculous. Lying saying they’re only taking cash because they’re too lazy & don’t want to make food because it’s close to closing time which is 30 mins away from now. Whoever is the manager at nights needs to seriously do something with these kids who don’t want to work. A job isn’t a play house it’s a job.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I come here, there’s no one here but I still have to wait 10-15minutes for me food and drive around to the parking lot. This morning, I ordered a simple whopper jr, hash brown and french toast. Well I was the only one here and they had me waiting in the drive thru a few minutes before they even answered the intercom. Then had me drive around to the window and wait a couple minutes before telling me oh the broiler is down and we don’t have hashbrowns. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t help me with that since it was a mobile order and to do it online. This place is a joke.

Horrible! Came twice and both time they didn’t give me all the foods that I paid for. Always missing partial orders. Called to complain but no one answer the phone and mailbox is full. Not big but imagine each customer got stolen $5.59 per order, they are making fortune daily doing this.

Terrible! First time we went, waited over 30 mins for food. All our food was wrong. Gave it another shot, 2 weeks later. Waited 30 minutes again.. it was also wrong and the croissants were burnt. Kinda sad..Corsicana was really excited about Burger King. Customer service and the food is horrible. 🙁
