We almost didn’t go because we saw that people said the pho broth wasn’t flavorful but that is far from the truth and I’m assuming that it was people that eat pho with a fork…
honestly, I don’t remember much besides the chè ba màu used bánh lọt to substitute instead pandan jelly. interesting. wasn’t mad @ it. phở was decent, and so was the coffee. nothing stood out because or else I would’ve remembered. cleaned, spacious establishment. friendly, helpful staff.
I may try other dishes here…just my usuals doesn’t stand out to me.
Customer service was okay. The gentleman who took my order was nice and friendly. But he assumed I was a Vietnamese. When I walked into the restaurant, he spoke Vietnamese to me lol . And he assumed that I could read Vietnamese language in the menu . The busgirl was not friendly. It seemed she did not want to work over the weekend.
The interior was nice and clean. I hope they had more pictures of Vietnamese scenes, people, etc.
As soon as we entered the place we are greeted with a smile which is really nice. During our meal customers were in and out of this place. The restaurant is poured with natural lights because of their almost ceiling to floor windows. And the place is really neat.
The food was really good. It has a tasty broth for the pho. The vermicelli noodles is tasty and full of ingredients for how much it worth. You really get every dime you pay. The fresh rolls and its dip were also really good. The balance of savory and freshness.
Overall this place is one of our good finds and will truly go back again to try other menu.
Probably the worst pho I’ve ever had. The broth lacked flavor, the noodles were mediocre, and the meat was hardly edible. I ordered the tripe, flank, brisket, ribeye (#1) and only one of those meats tasted somewhat decent. The tripe seemed low quality, and the meat I zoomed in on smelled and tasted like dog food. It just seems to be a problem of cheap ingredients.
The Thai tea was also subpar. I didn’t even finish it.
This place is okay. Not good at all.
The service is great though. All employees are extremely kind and helpful. Food leaves much to be desired.
