The COOLEST place with a great ambience. They have an abundant selection of local and regional books, as well as a great selection of affordable drinks and food. This a gem in a charismatic small downtown. You should go out of your way to visit!

I’ve left a review for this place before, but it vanished mysteriously. So, here’s another one!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with a kind staff and a gorgeous industrial feel. The coffee is absolutely delicious and so is the food! I often come here for lunch and so far my favorite is “The Coal Miner” drink blended like a frappé and their chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. I would stop by more often if weekend hours were available, but when I can stop by I definitely do!

Even if you’re not a coffee fan, they have something for you! They have amazing baked goods, daily made soups, hot dogs, and have recently added gelato. I’m unsure if it’s homemade and I have yet to try it, but it looks devine. They also have decaf and sugar free options as well as traditional drink options like soda and beer.

I mentioned this in my last review, but I’ll reiterate just how vital a place like this is to our little community. The town is in desperate need of a facelift and this little shop should be an example of how to do so. A local small business that’s “with the times” but doesn’t shy away from our history is exactly what we need and more of them. It gives me a lot of optimism for our hidden little town.

Whether your a local looking for a place to hang out or a visitor needing a quick bite to eat, definitely stop by and give these guys a chance!

Was looking forward to my coffee stop, but unfortunately, probably no fault of the coffee shop owner, the building is quite ran down. Looks like three separate leaks, a soft floor by the bathroom, peeling paint, delaminated plaster, etc. The coffee wasn’t anything to write about either. The place has a lot of potential but needs some TLC first.

Couldn’t rate food. Stopped in this locally owned coffee shop and highly recommend stopping. We had a large crowd about 15 of us. Barista was pleasant and efficient. The coffee was yummy, some had more specialty drinks and became instant fans.
The atmosphere is quirky and just what you want to see. Doubles as a used book shop set up like a library. Recommend you stop by to see what this is all about.

It is a peaceful, calm and quite place. With the book shelves it gives a nice environment. Good food and I enjoyed my meal there. It did not take much time to prepare the meal and bring it to me. I was able to get a parking spot without difficulty.
