I cannot recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with a kind staff and a gorgeous industrial feel. The coffee is absolutely delicious and so is the food! I often come here for lunch and so far my favorite is “The Coal Miner” drink blended like a frappé and their chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. I would stop by more often if weekend hours were available, but when I can stop by I definitely do!
Even if you’re not a coffee fan, they have something for you! They have amazing baked goods, daily made soups, hot dogs, and have recently added gelato. I’m unsure if it’s homemade and I have yet to try it, but it looks devine. They also have decaf and sugar free options as well as traditional drink options like soda and beer.
I mentioned this in my last review, but I’ll reiterate just how vital a place like this is to our little community. The town is in desperate need of a facelift and this little shop should be an example of how to do so. A local small business that’s “with the times” but doesn’t shy away from our history is exactly what we need and more of them. It gives me a lot of optimism for our hidden little town.
Whether your a local looking for a place to hang out or a visitor needing a quick bite to eat, definitely stop by and give these guys a chance!
You get your money’s worth. I will be going back again.
The atmosphere is quirky and just what you want to see. Doubles as a used book shop set up like a library. Recommend you stop by to see what this is all about.
