Had an amazing experience here today. The staff was kind, fast, and got the order right. Food was hot and flavorful, I was very impressed by this location’s mac & cheese.
I went inside after going through the drive-through to get some extra condiments And they were very kind. I did notice while I was in the lobby however, the customers were being not very nice along with the customer. They came after me in the drive-through. Very unfortunate people should be more kind. The staff deserves recognition for showing up, and doing their best. 5/5.

We got an order through the drive through since we were traveling. Ordered all spicy items. Definitely got original. It was good. But not the Spicy Popeyes we were craving. But wasn’t worth turning around for.

Very disappointing. We did not have a great experience. Staff forgot to put 2 items in our order, chicken sandwich and biscuits were missing in the to-go bags. In fairness, spicy chicken is on point, crispy and flavorful. This Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen is located in Cottage Grove, Oregon.

The bad & ugly: we couldn’t here them on the monitor; the service was slow.; They didn’t give us any napkins or sporks for the mashed potatoes. Sort of disappointed especially with how expensive it was.

Chicken was hard and over cooked. They wouldn’t give us fresh chicken becuz the lobby was closing. However drive thru was open until midnight. We had a 4 hr drive home, and they had absolutely no intention of making it right. Not a happy customer.

We stood waiting for someone to take our order for over 10 minutes. There were works all around and when we first walked in a girl said someone will be with you shortly. Then she walked around fixing the chicken and paper bags and no one came. A lot of the workers looked at us but no one came. We finely left and no one said a thing . Don’t go to this location it always has some kind of an issue. When we left, there were three workers out by the trash-can smoking. There’s a great McDonald’s right across the street. Just go there. Service was amazing at McDonald’s.. The manager or owners need to make a surprise visits so you guys can see what’s going on at your restaurant.

Okay so this was my first time trying Popeyes, so I was really looking forward to try it for dinner. My girlfriend and I ordered ahead online to pick up at 8:00pm because we live in Springfield which is about a 25 minute drive. Our order consisted of a 6Pc bone-In wings combo, 6Pc classic Boneless wings combo, ghost pepper chicken sandwich by itself, and some Cajun sparkle. There are several things that I want to mention that went wrong with our order. The first thing we noticed was that the boxes the wings come in don’t contain the sauce very well at all. Our bag was a sticky mess when we opened it. The second thing we noticed was the order of boneless wings came with bone-in. Those two combos came with a sauce, a side, and a drink each. The third thing we noticed was we didn’t get any sauces our combos came with, so we just ate our wings with the sauces we had at home. Also we didn’t get the Cajun sparkle. The reason I didn’t give it a one star is because we got a large sprite instead of a regular and we got two sides of mashed potatoes instead of just the one that came with one of the combos.

Their food will make you sick, they park you for 15 minutes till you get out of the car to ask what’s going on in person. Forget your order. They are the worst fast food restaurant in all of cottage grove. total incompetence and possibly food health violations considering I had to use the restroom TWELVE times the day after eating their spicy chicken sandwich. I will never eat st this absolute disaster of a restaurant tonight
