Ordered a chicken habanero sandwich for delivery from this store, recieved a chicken, bacon, and cheese sandwich. No pineapple, no jalapeños. Tried calling the store about but instead I was greeted by the stupid AI they’ve implemented which instead of putting through to the store just left me on a endless loop of their music and pre-recorded lines for 30 minutes. Kind of sad when a company is charging $25 to deliver a sandwich and a coke but can’t be bothered if there’s an issue with the food.

Worst dominos you can go to in the area. My order took over an hour to deliver my 1 pizza they got right came burnt ash. The other pizza was supposed be to be a large thin crust pizza with jalapeños the picture Is what I got completely wrong in size and toppings. Shame on you Domino’s steak sandwiches is 2.5 ounces , please use your measuring cups. Today I had someone sprinkle about 10 bits of steak on my sandwich. Which probably was a teaspoon out of my 35 years of experience as being a chef . So that lets me know you’re Cheating the customers of quality and accurate amount of each serving. Horrible service!!!!! I ordered a pizza at 6:38 PM, and the app said it was delivered by 7:05 but I never received it. When I called, the employee casually told me the app was “messed up” and my order was supposedly on the way. Thirty minutes later, still no pizza. Another call, and I was told the driver was stuck in traffic. By 8:15 PM, after being put on hold multiple times, I asked for a refund—still no resolution.
I ended up driving to the store myself. Only then did they admit the driver had delivered to the wrong house. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, just cold, dismissive behavior. I am not upset about missing a pizza—I am appalled at the lack of respect and care shown. Being treated like my time and frustration didn’t matter is completely unacceptable. Domino’s should be ashamed of this level of customer service.

They are purposely leaving both phones off the hook so you can’t even call to pace an order or call to ask anything!!!! I ordered online and when I walked in I had to wait 10 mins because two coworkers were busy doing anything other than working and the other too were too busy laughing it up in the back.

I ordered a pizza online and was quoted about 30 minutes. I arrived when my app told me my pizza was ready, and was informed that it had not even been started yet and I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. I waited and came back to discover that they still had not finished the pizzas. Overall I waited over an hour for 2 standard pizzas, and when I finally received my food it was made wrong and both pizzas were horribly burnt. I was refused a refund or any type of service recovery for this absolutely awful customer service and poor food quality. The workers were dismissive and uncaring. I will not be ordering at this location again, and highly recommend others consider better options in the area.

I left a $5 tip on a 1 mile run and I greatly regret it. I can’t believe delivery drivers need that much training! First, it is almost midnight, why come with loud music to a quiet neighborhood? Second, not only did I choose the ‘Leave at door’ option but I left a big sign on the door (impossible to miss), asking for the driver to NOT knock on the door or ring the doorbell. He woke everyone up, which I was trying to avoid! C’mon, it’s ridiculous! Pay attention to instructions! Order #137, 1/13/2027, placed at 11:12pm.

Ordered the 9.99 any pizza, any toppings with all meat and extra cheese, The pizza looked like it was a day old, Also ordered the Chicken bites with Tomatoes and Bacon and they were not good at all, I usually order from this location anywhere from 2 to 4 times a month and if you have a problem you can usually put in a claim and they will make it right, but not now, they changed the app where you have to jump through all kinds of hoops, so I am not using them anymore, don’t like throwing 30 dollars away. We live in Kissimmee, Florida. Our closest dominoes is by the neighborhood Walmart on Vine St. It was so disturbing to us to see a guy (obviously the staff knew him) come around the counter, look through the pizzas on the rack where they have all the ready pizzas (take out or delivery) while his arm is bleeding. Not only did his shirt have blood but his hands and arms were covered in scabs. I specifically asked one of the employees not to put my kid’s pizza on the same rack that the guy was looking through, he told the team member who was boxing out pizzas to not put my order there, he asked why, and the team member said “just follow orders, I’ll tell you later” but yet he still put it. He thought it was funny to endanger to my kid’s health or anyone’s health all because he clearly hates his job. He laughed as he was putting my order on the rack. Then he waited 15 mins more to call our order. He did not care about nobody’s health, food safety, OSHA regulations, diseases or contamination. I feel bad for whoever eats pizza from there and gets sick because this team member can care less about food safety. Then we had the other team member just brushing us off and basically ignoring what we’re telling him just to get us out the store. All he had to say was “Ok no problem” “Ok” “No problem”. For us to be repeat customers, we were treated horribly, and we won’t be returning.
