I love this little sushi restaurant. It’s nice and clean and never crowded. The ambiance and staff are very nice. I would say it’s a cozy place. I love their food, especially the sushi and hibachi. I went this past Friday with my whole family, a family of 4, and we spent over $160. We got appetizers, entrees, Saski, and drinks. It’s not too expensive. I would say it’s very affordable. One of the staff gave my 2 year old fried oreos for free, and the little guy loved it. I highly recommend them.

So my boyfriend was looking for Japanese restaurants that have very good sushi to deliver from UberEats. We ordered at 7pm and the order finally came at 9pm. That’s pretty insane for a place to take that long and I know at times the uber eats driver will have other rides along the way but 2hrs is crazy when the restaurant is 17min drive from me. So the wait time was annoying but the sushi was good. What I didn’t like was that my vegetable gyozas came soft and warm. My sushi order came incorrect. I wanted 1 shrimp tempura and 1 sweet potato tempura. I got 2 orders of the shrimp tempura. Luckily it was good but since the food was a bit warm the crunchiness of the tempura was a bit gone. The sushi did taste good though! I definitely would like to dine in and try the food fresh because I hate being disappointed by food. Can’t wait to come in and try more of their dishes!

I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.
Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)
Also the presentation is outstanding, and don’t forget to try their amazing Thai ice Tea which is homemade. 100% recommended.
PS: ask for their Fried Oreo Dessert, you won’t regret it

Very convenient and accessible location. A pleasant change from greasy food. Was not blown away by anything. Just decent food. Great option to order up for winter movie nights. My guests also said their entrees were “good”, no oohs & ahhhs. Language barrier made selection preference a bit challenging to communicate to Server. Ended up ordering an extra dish just to get what I wanted to try. Not sure what delicious flavor infusion I was expecting, but the mango fried rice was a disappointing presentation of plain fried rice with julienned slices of mango scattered on top. Joke was on me!

My friends decided to make a formal meeting at one hotspot rumored to be one of the best Japanese restaurants in New Rochelle. Sakana sounds so good to my ears, so we as an entrepreneurial company went to collaborate and dine. The restaurant is fabulous and well-designed, with deep, sensual blues and purples setting the mood for a chill relaxation. Waiting for the food was easy with the friendly waitress, and I enjoy the customs I use to respond to her polite service. The food was spectacular in both view and flavor. The Bento Box felt like a sweet assortment of sushi and seasoned meat, like choosing delicacy from a box of chocolates. The well-done Beef Negimaki was bite-friendly, and enjoyed the sauce that complemented the sautéed onions. I have to thank my friend for covering the modest costs of this meeting. I am satisfied with the price, given that there are five of us ordering to our hearts’ content. Each of us would have contributed 35 for our respective dishes. I have paid more than that price in other restaurants with three guests including myself. I love Sakana, and I would go back to have a customary relaxation with my friends and family.
