Used to be a great place to dine and take your family. Not so much anymore. The kiosk ordering is awful, the food came out cold. The bacon was extra crispy and overcooked like the beef patties. The wait was ridiculous!! Limited tables go right in line with the 30 minute limit on sitting at tables which 10 minutes were used waiting for food. Oh, no drink until food came out!! No soda fountain and condiments station!! Maybe just close your inside dining!!*update: to management, a survey was filled out. I was just so REALLY disappointed that I wrote this google review as well..

I’m so upset. They don’t care about anyone when putting together door dash/ Uber eats orders. I customized my coffee and got plain coffee when I like it sweet. Didnt even get my hash brown after spending all the money on Uber eats to have it delivered. As someone without transportation and in a shitty situation in life, I can’t just make it there. Do not order from here if you’re not going to the store personally. They suck. I’m over it. And this isn’t the first time. They need to care more about their customers. I am outraged. I just want to be able to order food and enjoy it if I can’t get out or make It anywhere. And as someone who is very depressed this makes it even worse because not only does life suck but now I’m wasting money.

This location consistently gets at least one thing wrong with my order every single time. Nobody mans the front counter either, so good luck getting things corrected when they inevitably go wrong. I went to get my order corrected tonight after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and half the people in the lobby were inside because they had messed up orders too. I’ll drive to the one in California in the future instead.

As someone who has traveled all over the world and this country, this is hands down the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They always always forget something, and forget about ordering inside. Wow I mean wow. Not that I haven’t already come to expect bad service at most McDonald’s this one tops a bunch of the other ones by a mile. They are the worst ! I order simple things a burger nuggets fries a drink and a pie. The cashier was by far the moat rude person I have ever met, she didn’t want to be at work and seemed like me ordering got in her way of playing on her phone, typical, I would have rather had a dog take my order then this lady. So finally the food arrives, they toss the bag and walk away didn’t even call my number so others can go look at the bad cause no one really knows who’s it is anyway, terrible service. Now the food !! My daughters could have made a better burger and they’ve never cooked before, smh it was like they rolled it on the ground then wrapped it up ! Crazy, the nuggets were so dried out and old it was more like chips, I mean how hard is it to cook some food. Fries were tue only fresh thing. Pie was so cold and hard I could have went bowling with the pie and hit a strike. One of the worst McDonald’s ever !! Take my advice and go to another one, the employees here do not care about customers or their selves for that matter. Terrible McDonald’s to date I’ve been to. STAY FAR AWAY !!

Update : the workers here are still more incompetent than ever. Can’t make a simple sandwich without pickles. I just assume it’s because they can’t read, idk. Large frys are almost empty. Place is terrible.
Unprofessional employees, never get a thanks or even an acknowledgment when I eat here. Throw the food out the window and don’t even look at ya.
The sweet tea is 100% of the time more SOUR than sweet. It used to be the local favorite, not anymore.
Anything deep fried, tastes like month old grease and is about 80% of the time so dried up its trash.
Avoid this place at all expense.

Drive thru is terrible. Ordered a breakfast meal and she couldn’t even understand. I told her at the first window that I ordered a meal. She tried to blame someone else and acted like she fixed my order. Got my order at 2nd window, but it was not correct. I told them 4 times I wanted a meal…How many damn times to I have to tell them I wanted a meal??

I don’t feel comfortable goin and eating here I’ve had them litterally take a whole meal out my bag from a delivery order to me and when I went to the headquarters they didn’t do anything so I refuse to ever spend money at this location and the service is crap sometimes they be in the back jus playing around and ignore me when I go there to pick up orders (I do Uber eats) it’s jus terrible id have to be starving to ever think about spendin hard earned money here I dont want them to rob me again
