Misleading hours and poor communication. I visited the Cassidy Blvd location at 10:30 PM on 2/28/26 to pick up a mobile order. Although the door states they are open until midnight and the app says 11:00 PM, the staff informed me they closed at 10:00 PM. I had to cancel my paid order and request a refund.
It is disappointing that the posted hours are not being honored or updated. A simple sign explaining an early closure would have gone a long way. I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

It’s wild that there’s no one in dining room and barely any cars in drive through and we waited bout 30 mins for three sausage biscuits and a bagel. Don’t eat inside unless you have time to kill and like lukewarm food. Go downtown or to Coalrun for McDonald’s.

Man in the drive thru was rude. Food was made wrong, manager said I ordered it wrong, I uses the app I can show you. Sat for 10 minutes at the second window because they forgot about me.

Update, things have gotten worse. I was fresh out of surgery and wanted a nice hot cocoa to drink on my way home. I got my drink in the drive thru and sat it in the consolw to cool off before drinking. After about ten minutes of driving, I tried it. 100% milk. No chocolate, no whipped cream.
