Typically, I like this McDonald’s, the food isn’t always perfect, but the staff is usually very friendly. Tonight, however this McDonald’s phoned it in with the caramel sundae. There was hardly any caramel on it at all and I watched the person preparing it use the cold caramel used for coffee topping and not The warm caramel used for Sundays. There was also a very little caramel on. It didn’t even make it a full circle around the top of the cup.. It was so disappointing. I could’ve made something like that in my kitchen..

The branch is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and polite. There are plenty of seating areas with available power outlets for laptops and other devices, along with free Wi-Fi—definitely a plus for competing with the Starbucks right next door. The food quality is consistent with what I’ve experienced at other branches.

First time in a year McDonald?
McFlurry Oreo became bigger? but Oreo was not inside it’s like topping on the vanilla ice cream at this time or something changed?
French fries were was just cooked so still hot and enough mount with deals L size so free. (I got small mount some times before in some stores)
I use curbside pickup after order by online.
Arrived in 7 mins at this time , not bad

Good evening Google Family. I used to patronize this location of Micky D’s regularly. But since Mom had an appointment at the eye doctor which is right near here, I decided to get her, her favorite, filet of fish and an apple pie. I had my trusty banana in the car. The service here was good. I ordered on the kiosk and my order was prepared and called out, quick and fast. I like this location of Micky D’s. I had forgotten how quick and efficient they were. Have a great night Google Family and don’t forget to work out, get fit and fabulous!!!
Good evening Google Family. Michael, Christopher and I visited to celebrate Michael’s 8th birthday which was Wednesday, March 4th. We ordered on the kiosk. The highlight of this visit was Karrah, who is an employee, here. Karrah assisted us at the check -out counter. Karrah was like a beacon of hope and light for everyone. Karrah had this wonderful smile on her face. I told her that she had a beautiful smile and to keep smiling. That smile did wonders for me today. We all visited the rest room and it was clean and neat. We decided to dine in and Karrah delivered our food. Everyone was nice and polite today. I went to pick up our excess order, Michael wanted some food to go with him. There is plenty of parking here outside and many available handicapped spaces. Have a good evening and don’t forget to work out.

My experience at the McDonald’s location was incredibly disappointing. I approached the manager with concerns about missing items in my order, expecting a professional response. Instead, she was hostile, walked away, and chatted with a coworker who resembled Dracula, while the manager herself, Indieah, reminded me of a turtle.
I tried to explain the situation, as I had to reroute from the expressway to rectify the issue, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Instead, Indieah dismissed me and told another manager to take over, displaying a lack of professionalism.
Her behavior was rude and inconsiderate, showcasing none of the traits one would hope for in a managerial role. If I were to rate her performance, it would be a -0 for how she handled the situation.
When the other manager finally came over, I explained the mix-up again. She also failed to apologize and simply said she would prepare a fresh batch. However, when I tried the new batch in my car, it tasted awful, leading me to discard it entirely.
This visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Additionally, during my time in the drive-thru, I noticed staff members laughing and goofing off in the background, which felt extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I’ve lost my appetite for returning to this location, and my children and I will not be coming back.
It’s crucial for employees in any business to prioritize customer service and behave professionally, as behavior significantly influences business success.

I’ve never made it out of this location with a correct take-out order. Most recently I got one of their lazy employees’ beard hair in my fries, and that sealed the deal as the last time I ever visit this location.

Drive thru ….Ordered 3 meals and a shake and they couldn’t get that right. No drink with the happy meal. Forgot the shake and we waited several minutes for the correct shake.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a new Mcdonalds with ordering kiosks and self serve fountain drinks. Decor is hip, couches, benches, high table seating areas. Lots of options. Cleaning wipes as well to wipe down tables. Quarter pounder was pink and staff took it back without issue and made a fresh new one with no issues.
I would’ve rated it at 5 if the bathroom cleanliness was better – customers contribute to the unhygienic conditions but you expect staff to keep up. Additionally fountain area was sticky and messy; again I understand customers role in this but staff could’ve cleaned. When I went we were the only customers seated inside and no one came the entire time to wipe down any tables or fountain area.
