McFlurry Oreo became bigger? but Oreo was not inside it’s like topping on the vanilla ice cream at this time or something changed?
French fries were was just cooked so still hot and enough mount with deals L size so free. (I got small mount some times before in some stores)

Good evening Google Family. Michael, Christopher and I visited to celebrate Michael’s 8th birthday which was Wednesday, March 4th. We ordered on the kiosk. The highlight of this visit was Karrah, who is an employee, here. Karrah assisted us at the check -out counter. Karrah was like a beacon of hope and light for everyone. Karrah had this wonderful smile on her face. I told her that she had a beautiful smile and to keep smiling. That smile did wonders for me today. We all visited the rest room and it was clean and neat. We decided to dine in and Karrah delivered our food. Everyone was nice and polite today. I went to pick up our excess order, Michael wanted some food to go with him. There is plenty of parking here outside and many available handicapped spaces. Have a good evening and don’t forget to work out.
I tried to explain the situation, as I had to reroute from the expressway to rectify the issue, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Instead, Indieah dismissed me and told another manager to take over, displaying a lack of professionalism.
Her behavior was rude and inconsiderate, showcasing none of the traits one would hope for in a managerial role. If I were to rate her performance, it would be a -0 for how she handled the situation.
When the other manager finally came over, I explained the mix-up again. She also failed to apologize and simply said she would prepare a fresh batch. However, when I tried the new batch in my car, it tasted awful, leading me to discard it entirely.
This visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Additionally, during my time in the drive-thru, I noticed staff members laughing and goofing off in the background, which felt extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I’ve lost my appetite for returning to this location, and my children and I will not be coming back.
It’s crucial for employees in any business to prioritize customer service and behave professionally, as behavior significantly influences business success.

I would’ve rated it at 5 if the bathroom cleanliness was better – customers contribute to the unhygienic conditions but you expect staff to keep up. Additionally fountain area was sticky and messy; again I understand customers role in this but staff could’ve cleaned. When I went we were the only customers seated inside and no one came the entire time to wipe down any tables or fountain area.
