This is basically a little cafeteria with excellent value for meals. The lentil soup is exceptional, thick and very filling. We order Combination for 2, excellent value for take out. Serves 4 people. I highly recommend things this for Ohare Travellers.

As mentioned before by other reviewers the rice is bland.The meat is cooked different styles : kebab ( grilled) or on a vertical rotating spit from which is shaved but it tends to dry up .Meat is cubed, minced or shaved. I had the combination of all three styles priced $24 with tax and came with rice, a pita plus small salad. The dressing was two kinds: with a splash of garlic( too little) and a tahini dressing that was very bitter ..

I was really looking forward to trying Sultan, but the food was a big letdown. Everything looked bland and unappetizing, like it had been reheated rather than freshly made. The flavors were flat, the presentation was dull, and nothing tasted authentic or fresh. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back or recommend it based on this experience.

Loved it. Person at counter was friendly and welcoming, even though the restaurant was busy with pre-concert diners. The prices are unbeatable—drinks from $2, sides from $7, plates from $11. We were pleasantly surprised when they brought complimentary pita to the table before the meal began. Our party ordered chicken shwarma, chicken kebab over salad, a beef and chicken combo wrap, and the vegetarian combo plate. We also got fries and stuffed grape leaves to start. The food was hot, presented beautifully, and the portions were more than generous. The meat-eaters appreciated the seasoning and tenderness of their chicken and beef, and my falafel was packed with flavor and fried to crunchy perfection. The drinks from the cooler were cold, and we appreciated the availability of water. 10/10, would come again, and we would absolutely recommend for a flavorful pre-concert meal that will fully satisfy without breaking the bank.

Walked here from the hotel I am staying at nearby. The reviews convinced me to try it out, and no regrets! I got the combination platter— very flavorful and plentiful (will be eating my leftovers tomorrow!). I liked the space and how casual it is to order, but with the opportunity to dine in if you wish. I could tell there were regulars frequenting when I was there, which tells me this is a good spot that many enjoy! I highly recommend.

This is a very nice restaurant and is located very close to ORD airport. I have visited this place with my family and food is very nice. Taste is very good. It is cooked. Very nicely. Place is neat and clean atmosphere is also very good. They have the combination of middle eastern food and the staff are also very friendly. parking space is also big enough.
