Used to be my favorite bagels. They no longer come out golden brown with a light crisp when toasted, and the bacon is so undercooked it was practically raw and I couldn’t eat it last time, so I asked for crispy bacon this time and this is what I got. I also tried to call and order ahead because I was coming in a bit late, and I got an AI voice to take my order. They started my order when I arrived because the system was so slow, completely negating the point of calling ahead.
Update to reply: That’s crispy bacon? Crispy bacon sogs and flops down the side of your hand when you pick it up apparently. Those pictures don’t show crispy bacon if they did it would stand up straight when held not flop straight down and have brown mushy parts. Yes I came in late and I apologize for that, that’s why I tried to call but I spent the whole time I was driving trying to get my order correct through a creepy AI voice trying to sound human. No one wants an AI voice when they’re trying to order from a local bagel shop. I understand you’re busy, hire more ppl or something don’t use AI. None of the bagels or sandwiches have been even close to how good they used to be for some time, they bagels are never warm, gooey, and melt in your mouth anymore. This is meant to be constructive criticism as I used to be your number 1 customer and fan, ask any of my friends what my favorite place to eat is.

I’m not a big fan of Bagels but this is the ONLY place I’ll eat it all the time. The place is clean, all the staff is super nice especially the manager, she is welcoming and with a smile every time. Bathroom is clean and food is affordable compared to other places, food quality and freshly made when you order. I recommend it to everyone

This is a review based on a Grub Hub order. Not an in store experience. Not sure who dropped the ball with the order mixup.
Avoid this place. They managed to get every single item on my order wrong, and frankly, the kitchen did me a favor because the food tasted awful. Bitter, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. Waste of money and a waste of a meal. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Believe it or not, I waited 17 minutes for this veggie quesadilla that looks like it was abused. I sat there and just looked at the staff messing around before it clicked that they never gave me my food well after asking me if I was waiting on a mobile order. (I WAS TAKEOUT). Anyways, watching one of the staff members attempt to make the gospel hum with his voice was cool while I wasted my break for a tossed quesadilla I guess.

Looks at receipt: …and got charged for a bottled water
Decision time: Try to explain the issue to the glassy-eyed teenager behind the counter and wait another 20 mins or take the L?
Result: Took the L. Also, note to self… make my own breakfast sandwich at home from now on.

Very good bagels that had a nice NYC style chew. This might be as good and as close as you can get to a NYC/Jersey bagel in FL. It was very busy when we went and the service was fast. They were cranking out the orders. Easily best bagel in West Palm.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub on a Crossaint. And they gave me the wrong sandwich. But when I called the tell me that the sandwich I ordered it supposed to be like this. I order the same thing all the time. And it’s never with turkey and salami and some mystery meat. And when ahe read it back she didn’t even mention the steak that’s supposed to be in it. This pissed me off so bad I will never go back to the Okeechobee location ever again!

“I fumbled the ball!” I was supposed to order breakfast for a meeting of 60 people & I really fumbled!!!
