Very disappointed. Ordered the wings to go – $52. We’re used to nice meaty wings but not this time. Tiny is an understatement. Also, the celery and dipping sauce should be packed separately, not put in with the hot wings. BTW, the battery in the photo is a AAA.

As much as I want to love this place… It has been a disappointment so many times, over the years. My husband still goes for the wings and the location.
They are often out of usual menu items.
Hubs got take away today. Fish and chips. Honestly, save yourself the money and pop the same into your air fryer, because that’s what it is. Blah. Frozen and fried. Can we pls get some good restaurants in downtown Opelika?!?? On a positive note:

Our server Micheal Belew was so sweet. We did wait a little over an hour on our food but when it did come everything was fresh and delicious. He communicated very well with us and checked on us multiple times. We also received a discount and free cheese sticks for the long wait.

My family and I love Jefferson’s! Every time we go the service is always great, and the food comes out fast and fresh. The owner always comes around and greets every table and asks how everything was. The atmosphere is very cozy and definitely has that “sports bar” feel that you can take your family to. My kids love to play with the rocks and chalk while we wait on our food.

It was very loud when we went, but it was a Friday night, and there were a lot of people just hanging out and drinking. But it made it difficult to talk to my group. The pimento bacon burger was delicious. Fries were lukewarm but tasty. Funnel cake fries tasted just like funnel cake you get at the fair.

definitely a local bar for $ $66 for two hamburgers and I beer, not what I expected when you consider its a location for local power drunken patrons I should know better. very loud, very obnoxious patrons, mediocre service. food did not impress me at all. as much as I try to support local businesses I can assure you this will place is on my don’t bother list.

Always a pleasant experience with great service. We had Angie as our server tonight. She is always attentive and smiling. I appreciate the management, the wait staff and the cooks. The food always seems fresh and well prepared. It is a great hometown neighborhood eatery and watering hole.

The chicken finger basket was exceptional really enjoyed a nice generous chicken finger. The breading was light and crispy. They didn’t have any hamburg rolls but they put the burger on toast and the hickory burger was pretty good. We’d go back again. They do have an outside patio that allows dogs just for those dog lovers out there that want a place to be able to bring your pooch with you.
