Unfortunately, my experience this time was less than optimal. At 4 o’clock in the afternoon, which is a downtime the store was messy. There were only two lids in the lid tray. The self-serve station was a complete mess. Additionally, the chips and guac that I ordered had a funny smell by the time I got to the car, opened the bag and smelled the chips. It was very obvious the oil they were cooked and was rancid. They were completely un edible. Anyone who has ever smelled a rancid seed or nut or oil is very much aware of what that smells like however, it appears that the two individuals working there are completely oblivious to the smell and decided to serve me these freshly cooked chips. The last time that I was at the store, the service was also less than optimal and the staff just a little bit rude and seemed to put out to be doing their job. I hadn’t been back in quite a while, but it appears the store has gone down significantly since then.

Everything is dirty. Nothing is stocked to include toilet paper, napkins, etc. cO2 for drink machine was out. Lettuce was turning brown and gross. The workers were so nice, but where is management?

Could not get the Crustie cheese quesadilla due to no parchment paper. The chip and Guacamole was ok but the chips were very cold and tasted and smell like stale and moldy paper wrappers!

The guy makin the food which I think was the manager was not welcoming n pissed at life. N the cashier that put my quesadilla in togo box just sloshed it in there. N quesadilla all fell apart. Never had that experience there.

Employees went out to smoke in a car plus never been here before first time wver coming here and wasnt an enjoyable experience ended up having to get meat and sauces on the side and puttibg them on myself

Holy crap this place has gone down hill. Used to go here all the time and just went back today after months and it’s BAD. They don’t acknowledge you, they ignore you until THEY’RE ready to take your order even when you’re the only one in there, food line was dirty and doesn’t make you feel good about your meal’s cleanliness, and the cashier didn’t even hand me my bag after paying, he just left it on his side of the counter and turned around to talk to one of the 5 people working. You’d think with that many people on at once that they’d be more efficient, clean, and prompt. Yikes

Got a steak quesadilla. Not sure what happened but it was made horribly, I get this quite often so was surprised to see it. Even from the pic you can see it wasn’t even cut right , just slapped on very sloppy. Should have check before I left.
