Usually pretty good but the Mexican pizza taste like they didn’t change the oil. The pizza tasted like bad oil. Ordered by app and offered to give the money back but didn’t fix the problem – change the oil!!!

Erin the drive thru young lady was very pleasant. Food was fresh service fast and served with a smile. Parksburg taco bell was very dimly lit when they first opened(outside) but so happy they lit it up!

A great restaurant for parkesburg area… always come here for a good taco! workers do their job very well, even when customers can be unruly. Place is kept clean, bathrooms clean. I also dont blame them for running out of sauces cause they are GOOD!

Steak quesadilla had no creamy jalapeno sauce for the third time!
It seems like the employees don’t respect their manager because when their manager is not there they’re just a bunch of little kids flaunting their disregard for their responsibilities I won’t eat here again! You know whenever I go to Chick-fil-A my food is almost always exactly the way that I ordered it because they’re very strict with their standards!

I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in a few years because all the ones I’ve been too the workers are lazy and don’t put any effort into their work. This one was completely different. The store was clean, they made everything very quickly and their combo meal was less than 8 dollars for a decent amount of food.

I went at 9pm to order inside the establishment and it was already closed, I decided to go for the Drive-thru and the order was $26 and since I was going to pay with a $50 bill, they told me that they couldn’t place the order because they didn’t accept the bill, and their service was very bad.

Went to the parksburg Taco Bell was told total was 9.51. Pulled up to the widow and I was told $10.00. I told the girl it was 9.51 on my order screen and she said mine is $10.00. So I went home and pulled 3 soft taco supremes up on the app for drive through and what came up 9.51 with the tax. I was ripped off .49cents.

I just have to say that this Taco Bell has the best staff, they are so kind, friendly and willing to fix any problems there might be. Things have been tough for retail, food services, etc. since Covid but they’ve got some real gems working at this location. Keep up the wonderful work!!

Went in last night to pick up a mobile order and I have to say that was by far the worst experience I’ve had. This is the first time doing a mobile order at this location cause it is fairly new. I arrive at the store with my fiancée and make my way to the counter to inform I’m picking up a mobile order, I see my order on the rack behind the counter and as I’m patiently waiting to be given my order and 2 other customers come into the store to pick up DoorDash whatever. As I’m still looking at my food waiting for someone to hand it to me, they proceeded to serve the 2 customers that walked in and were serving people at the drive through. The people that came in after me got their food before mine was even packed. I proceeded to try and get the attention of any of the 5 workers in the grill area and they all ignore me. So I get frustrated and I walk out the store to tell my fiance what’s going on. He goes in the store and comes out 5 minutes later with our order to tell me the lady that was bagging our order was getting yelled at by her higher up to get the drive through orders out and to ignore my fiancée. By the time we got to eat our food it was soggy and pretty much completely cold. If I didn’t have my 9 month old and 2 year old screaming in the car I most DEFINITELY would have drove back and demanded a refund but it was going on past 9 at night. Will NEVER order from this location again. Management AND crew should be trained better.
