the manager named laura was really disrespectful screaming at her crew saying she didn’t have any change and said to me “the customer” that she only had ones but screaming and that i had to wait. i have no problem waiting but there was no reason to be disrespectful or rude that’s a lack of training and hospitality training.

One of the few restaurants left with a play area. This is probably the biggest reason we come. Our children love climbing and sliding. They trully rnjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly. Not once have I seen as if the employees hate their job. Really seems like they enjoy working here. It is always clean and well kept up.

The only good thing about this store is the fast service. However there is a clear false advertisement. I tried to use a coupon which stated “one per customer” I requested to do 2 seperate orders and was granted that request. Just to be told the coupons are one per vehicle. When I pointed that out, the employee just said “yea ok” Terrible.
I had to go through the drive thru and had my passenger get off in order to use both coupons. Even then, while my passenger was inside the lady at the window was staring at her with an angry look.

honestly not sure what’s wrong with this Burger King but you guys can’t seem to get it together I understand you guys are busy but proper management should hire enough team members to be property staffed there’s no reason why there should be an excess of 10 minutes on the drive-thru lane, and then on top of that the bacon is old and dry so I’m not sure what’s going on with the quality standards here

Terrible service, including manager. Always in such a bad mood. Sausage was an old, reheated piece of meat and hardly any egg in the sandwich. Tater tots tasted of old oil. Very dirty store, always. I use to come here when I was a kid and loved their food. Thanks for ruining that. Never going back.
