Heard about this food truck through TikTok. HOLY SMOKES! Finally found a 10/10 burrito/wrap! I got the Morning Bender and my wife got the Potato Box. We asked for extra hot sauce and they were very generous! The owners were incredibly welcoming and the inside of the truck seemed very neat, clean and tidy. The salted grilling of the tortilla was a money maker! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Stopped here on my way to Denver, since it’s right off the interstate and the breakfast wraps looked amazing. I was not disappointed! The morning bender was incredible and so large that I couldn’t finish it. Highly recommend!

Holy smokes – hands down my new fave breakfast burrito joint. Apparently he’s been in castle rock for several years now – HOW DID I JUST FIND THIS GEM! This guys breakfast burritos beat out every single place I’ve tried. Crisped up flour tortilla, dusted with a bit of sea salt, tons of flavor and high quality ingredients made clearly with love.

Updated:: the wait was still 30 minutes even after placing the order 30 minutes away.. the brisket is great! We came from Colorado springs and wanted to stop for a breakfast burrito. Upon arrival they said we should have ordered beforehand because the wait is 30 minutes. We could’ve done that if we would have known. Put this on the website somewhere!

Food was delicious and was ready for pick up when we arrived. People who are complaining about having to wait for their food have never worked in the food industry and are naive to what is going on around them. This is a very small business with just the owner and maybe one other person doing everything and making everything a quality experience. I suggest you work in the industry or do some research to understand how difficult it is before leaving bad reviews about a wait time! The owner was very friendly and cared about our experience. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area and continue to support hardworking people with small businesses!

Just one guy in a truck making bad ass breakfast wraps – these aren’t burritos, he uses this great tasting wrap that hold the amazing flavors of homemade salsa, home made aioli, packed full of eggs, meat, and flavor!
If there’s a wait – it’s worth it! I’ll gladly wait an hour as I go and get a coffee or sit and enjoy the beauty of downtown castle rock.

I highly recommend this place. Never disappointed. The food is so good. Made fresh, in front of you, or order ahead and pick up on the fly. I like to watch the skilled chef do his magic. The staff are always amazing, even when they are busy.
