When I arrived at the Backyard location , I saw that it was a food truck… My first thought was let me go find another place… As I pulled out of the parking lot I had a second thought being that I was already there I will go inquire and look…… the photo of the crust and the pizza actually the key to me returning.
I spoke with Adam the owner in the truck expecting to walk away..but he let me look at his oven… And we had a good conversation.. I’m from New York.. he is from upstate New York..
He said it was like Napolitan pizza from Naples Italy.
So I order the pie and curiously waited..
Upon retrieving the pie it smelled and looked very good.. to my surprise .. I ate the whole pie . It was
Then I ordered a party to go
I brought the pie back to my cousin Enzo’s house who is from Sicily and who is an accomplished chef.
He ate the whole pie as well complementing the texture and the sauce it was very close and very delicious to authentic Napolitan .. the best pizza hands down in the area..
Thank you Adam.. great job.. see you soon

IT WAS SO GOOD I CAME BACK WITH MY COUSIN ENZO FOR 3 MORE THIS EVENING
My kids, my husband and I love it. 10/10
I’m in town from Louisville and I stopped by Pizza Culture while visiting The Backyard in Ocoee, and I was so impressed. The Neapolitan-style crust was perfectly fluffy and full of flavor, easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had. My friend got a gluten-free option and loved hers too, which is always a win.
We even got to chat with the owners, who told us they ferment the dough for 3–5 days. You can really taste the care and craft in every bite. Among the six food trucks on-site, Pizza Culture truly stood out. Don’t skip the dessert pizza!
Honestly. The best pizza we ever eat, since we moved here from Italy!!!
Especially in a world surrounded by big chain Pizza. It’s locally owned people! If you were to tell me that I will be getting pizza from a food truck that reminded me of the pizzas I ate in Italy, I would have never believed you. And now here I am trying everything it has to offer!
There is so much heart put into this menu, the reality (hold on I’m having another slice), the reality is that this local business sourced everything with the customer in mind. This isn’t flour from your local superstore, these ingredients are so fresh I swear it feels like he’s cutting them right before he puts them on my pizza. Oh! And keep an eye out for new menu drops also.
The customer service was marvelous, the menu has a taste of some of your classics, and some wonderful variations that some of you may never have had. The dough corners!! The desserts…If you’ve never had a dessert pizza, which I haven’t, it was spectacular.
I highly recommend! Especially as a pizza fanatic.
Pizza is not just food. Pizza is a solution for a long day, Pizza is a reminder of home, Pizza is a memory shared with loved ones, and this truck gets something right, Pizza is……Culture.
10/10 Best real pizza crust this side of Orlando. I also have a tomato allergy and they made the TMI for us with the white sauce instead of tomato.
