This is one of my go-to Starbucks locations. As a heavy coffee drinker, I’ve been coming here for years, and they consistently deliver on quality. Unlike many other Starbucks, where it’s a toss-up whether your order is right, this spot gets it right about 89% of the time—especially important for me as someone who’s lactose intolerant and picky about my coffee. For the price, I expect good quality, and they deliver. The staff is friendly, the drinks are solid, the merch is cute, and the lighting is cozy. Plus, there are usually plenty of tables available inside. Almost perfect!

Just wow!
We were traveling from Massachusetts to Florida and was in desperate need of some caffeine.
This location closed at 9pm. We arrived at 8:57!
The employees all welcomed us with enthusiasm and said it was fine, that we’re happy to make us some drinks for the road.
Neither of us being big on coffee, one of the employees recommended a cappuccino with caramel and a splash of French vanilla. What a sinful bit delightful cup of Java!!!!
The dinning area was immaculate and well organized.

I am a constant Starbucks drinker, and I go to this location every morning instead of the Aberdeen location due to the fact of coffee being consistent. I was met with rudeness and disrespectful demeanor by an employee by the name of Kaitlyn. I called the store to complain due to the fact that my drink didn’t contain one of the ingredients I specifically asked for at the speaker. When I brought it to the employees attention, she told me “you can add the cream when you’re at the speaker.“I mentioned that I had and that the ingredient was missing. She took the drink back through the window, which you’re not supposed to do, and then a few moments later, she returned with my drink with her face, turned towards the side, handed the drink out with her arm extended and said “ here you go “in a very nasty tone. I brought it to the store leads attention, whose name is Mary as well as the store manager, whose name is Bree I don’t appreciate this type of demeanor when I am spending money every day to get coffee And you have someone who was supposed to start your day off with a pleasant experience only to ruin it. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I will be following up with the district manager.

Went to this location recently and quickly regretted my decision. When Katelyn (I think that is her name, younger girl with tattoos on her arms) handed me my drink I instantly knew it was wrong. Mistakes happen and that’s fine. What I didn’t appreciate was her telling me, “I asked you if that’s what you wanted, and you said yes.” Excuse me? I know what I ordered and that is not it. I didn’t appreciate her lying bc SHE put my order in wrong. If she would have not said that to me, I wouldn’t be making this review. She needs better training in customer service. Never speak to a customer this way, especially before they’ve had their coffee!

The Caramel Crunch Frappe w/extra caramel drizzle was everything I needed today. I don’t like the taste of coffee and I must say, I didn’t taste coffee at all. I got a Tall and I love sweet drinks so this definitely was a sweet treat for me. This is not something I can get all the time because I’m sure the calories are out of this world. Overall, a super delicious drink!
