Stopped in for some chicken at lunch and this place was packed. I have never seen one person work as hard as Maria. She was taking orders, making orders and was very pleasant. On top of that the chicken was excellent! I was so impressed I left a business card and would love to have an employee that works half as hard as she does.

If the Manager Maria wasn’t so rude I would give more stars. Upon leaving the drive thru and coming inside due to the long wait, Maria did not even acknowledge me. I went to explain to her why I came inside and left the drive thru, she didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked her was she having a bad day and she shook her head no. I then asked her why she was being so rude. She continued to not acknowledge me. I asked how can I get in touch with her boss and she told me “you can go online and look it up. My boss is never here so (shrugging shoulders”. I’m not sure if she didn’t want to be at work or that’s just the work attitude that she has. But either way it is a horrible look for the location and business. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location. It’s clear that she does this on a regular because she was very comfortable displaying her attitude. Even though there has been complaints about her since twoo that ago (looking at the reviews) yet she is still employed there. This says a lot as to how much the customers are valued at this location.

Great service. But there are only 2 employees in the whole building.
The cashier, Maria, is the front counter cashier, the drive thru cashier AND the manager.
She is as quick as she can be.
And so very polite about it.
Also, the mens bathroom door doesn’t shut OR lock.
Good Food though.

I love Popeyes!! The chicken is usually spot on and flavorful. The in store atmosphere is another thing all together. I have rarely seen anyone eating in the restaurant, and the employees radiate the “I’d rather be anywhere else but here” vibe. I understand it is likely a minimum wage job and thank less at best, but that’s not an excuse. My first job was at Taco Bell at 15 yrs old, making $3+ an hour. I took pride in my performance and made the best of it. This location is clean and maintained for the most part, except for the taped together cash register. I hope that Popeyes can perhaps increase pay a bit and possibly attract a better class of employees.

After receiving this order it completely done it for us…it was good while it lasted but I can’t. This was my experience at the location on receipt. No I did not call the number to complain due to their fix has always been to offer me a 2 piece dark meat even when I ordered and paid for white meat, plus appetite is done.

Manager some light skinned Mexican lady was extremely rude and looked like she didn’t even wanna be there. Didn’t wanna take my order left to the back and stayed there for awhile then she came back to see if I was still there then left again to the back. She needs to be fired with that attitude. I wasn’t even mean to her I was trying to be nice but she just had an attitude from the start. Popeyes y’all need to do better. Yall just lost a customer I will be taking my buisness to church’s chicken or kfc from now on

This place is truly impressive. It doesn’t matter if the line is 10 mi long or there is only one card in front of you. They will take an ungodly amount of time to make your food. It’s not worth going to for that reason and just go to the Chick-fil-A down the street.
Edit: store’s been open for an hour, I’m sitting at the drive-thru for 15 minutes and not a single employee is here. All the lights are on, and somebody’s moving around in the back but not taking any orders. I really hate that this is the closest Popeyes to my house.
