5:00 friday. sole customer eating. A few people in back. noone up front. after a few minutes lady came to take our order. girlfriend orders and steps down. I observe the lady looking down at what she was texting or gaming on her phone below the p.o.s. she eventually said “whenever you’re ready sir” without stopping her phone activity. I replied “I don’t want to interrupt your text” . Then she looked up to take my order. French dip was good. her original had so little meat it may as well have been a veggie sandwich. It must have changed owners. The one that had it a few years ago wouldn’t have tolerated that.

Traveling thru town, stopped for a quick lunch – fast service, friendly staff, amazing sandwich loaded with meat, a superb Cobb salad, and music at a decibel that allowed us a comfortable conversation. Plus the restaurant was clean and the condiments stocked. A+++ visit in our nook!

I’m a huge fan of schlotzky’s.. have been for years.. my favorite thing to eat is a smoked turkey and jalapeño pizza, it’s not on the menu anymore and it’s an ordeal to order it but always worth it

We ordered a last minute catering order from this location today. Not only were they ready right on time, but the orders were all correct, organized by name, and the customer service was quick and friendly. The sandwiches were delicious and great portions. Our group was very happy. I would order again!

My French dip sandwich was delicious! The woman working the counter was very nice and I like that I didn’t have to scroll through a tip option to pay my bill. Cinnabon with bacon bits was so good. Couldn’t eat it all, but I took it home and it was just what I wanted for a midnight snack. There wasn’t much left as my husband found it first. He approved!

This is the second time staff has forgotten my dressing for strawberry salad. I’m only allowed a certain amount of time for lunch and didn’t check the bag till I was back at work. What a bummer! Plus the phone does not appear to work. Staff while absolutely kind and friendly need to be more careful with the to go bags in the drive thru
