Service is terribly slow at this location, didn’t even come at a rush time. Idk why every time I’ve eaten here it’s always slow. Would recommend going elsewhere if you’re in a rush. Dining room was pretty dirty as well.

Update: Apparently I can’t even get a refund even when my order was to be ready at 1 and I left at 1:30 without my food being prepared at all. Chipotle, how long do you expect customers to wait and not receive food?!

If it were possible to give this place zero stars. This must be the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had an issue here. I recently ordered using the Chipotle app for pickup at 1PM. When I arrived around 12:58 PM the doors were locked and myself and a group of people waited outside confused. When they finally opened around 1:10, my order was not ready. I waited until 1:30 and then just left. Chipotle customer service was no help as well. You talk to a chatbot. I want my refund.

Long wait. The atmosphere felt chaotic, the food quality was disappointing, and we were overcharged.

I ordered a steak bowl for delivery and they made me a carnitas bowl. I have a pork allergy and can’t eat it. Waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again. It’s someone else’s order completely as I didn’t ask for veggies in the bowl and wanted the green salsa.

The last few times I tried to go to Chipotle there’s always been a problem whether I get there at 10:00 and they tell me they have no food left even though they’re open for another hour or I go and buy something and I open it and because they don’t have lettuce they just throw on half a pound of cheese or some other ingredient to make it look like more. I went three times in the last month and every single time I went there they were out of half of their ingredients if you’re open until 11:00 and it’s only 8:00 at night I would think you’d still have food left That’s why you’re open till 11:00 it doesn’t say hey we’re open till 11:00 but we only have food till 10:00 so it seems like a problem there it seems like that staff just want to get out there as quick as possible so they don’t want to have to have extra food to put away which I would assume is costing the company much money because I won’t go there anymore I gave him three tries and that’s it I’m done. Oh and also the staff they won’t even offer to substitute for something else they just really I felt like they just didn’t want me there and they wanted me to leave.

The food was fantastic. The service was less than stellar because the young lady at the register seemed to be a little upset that she had to work for a living. And the atmosphere was a little less than professional with the loud music and some of the profanity.

restaurant is always dirty. Whenever I ordered in person my
bowl would be overflowing with food. They’d pack it so
much I thought it ruined the whole presentation of the meal
but even worse than that when I ordered over Grubhub this
weekend the bowl I received was so empty. There was
barely any rice or meat and the vegetables were drowned in
queso. To top everything off there was a HAIR in the food. It
was disgusting I couldn’t even eat it and I got a full refund
for the meal. The chips were also stale and soggy. I think
I’ve been disappointed enough by this location. I don’t see
myself ordering from here again. It just isn’t worth it.

Amazing ingredients and big enough portions that you could split a meal with a friend. Nice outdoor area for sitting and directly next to a Starbucks for a one-two combo. Service is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. Cove heard the chicken at this location is better than most but barbacoa all the way for me!

I came in tonight and there was a long line of guest waiting to get served. There was only one employee who was working. The manager kept cashing out guest then goes back in back. While two employees chatting their life away. Tons of guests waiting patiently. Waited 25 minutes. 5 other employees started coming out the back room. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Overall horrible. The whole counter was filthy and nasty yet they continue to serve guest. Who ever is the district manager for this restaurant needs to start firing their store manager and other employees.
