We’ve walked past this place on the second floor and it’s always super busy for breakfast but we hadn’t stopped in till our most recent visit. We made reservations for 9am. This next part isn’t about the food, but this place was the most efficient restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were seated at 9am. We took a quick look at the menu and ordered at 904. The food came out at 913, we ate and paid and walked out of the restaurant at 924. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything went despite the restaurant being completely packed. The server was very friendly and checked on us quite a few times. I’ll say I took the time to mention the speed of everything as it’s kind of one of those irrational things about me personally and liking to get in and out of places and carry on with my day, especially a breakfast place. This place must be just the most well oiled machine in all of Vegas.

As far as the food goes, it was all fine and of good quality. The price and food is very similar to many MGM hotel breakfast spots (Primrose, Citizens, Seabreeze Cafe). Everything was good and I’d definitely come back for a future visit if we’re staying at the Aria.

While looking for a brunch spot during a Vegas trip, I came across Salt & Ivy. The only reason why I had to eat here was because they serve dutch babies! I grew up eating a dutch baby. They’re really nostalgic for me and just bring up great memories.

Salt & Ivy is located within the Aria hotel. I highly recommend you make a reservation, that was our mistake, but we went ahead and made a reservation while at the Aria and grabbed a few drinks and played a few games while waiting. So it all worked out.

The restaurant was cute, but nothing stood out in terms of decor. Our waiter was a bit slow at times but it was ok since my group wasn’t in a rush nor were we on a strict timeframe. The food was good and my dutch baby was perfect! I had the berry Dutch baby with a lemon custard. The lemon custard was t really needed and it was way too sweet.

The food was somewhat pretty looking but only okay tasting, the waitress was pushy about taking our order and hurrying us out and acted like we’d done something wrong splitting the bill 2 ways. At 75$+tax for 2 people, a little quality customer service would have made things feel like less of a rip off. I’ve had much better food and less pricey meals in this city. Do not recommend Salt and Ivy or the Aria hotel.

A restaurant that offers exactly what you need! I went with the steak and eggs and the Aria Patisserie Basket to start and when I tell you the Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin was worth the steal from the basket! The steak and eggs were delicious and was able to be cut with a fork.. Worth the brunch and affordable prices!

I had the pleasure of being served by Michelle G at Salt & Ivy, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Her service was attentive without being overbearing, and she had a genuine warmth that made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Michelle was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations that we loved. Drinks and food arrived quickly, and she checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a server who balances professionalism and friendliness so well.

Salt & Ivy gets it – not just outstanding food, but amazing, friendly, and responsive service. Staff mentioned the daily special, which I had forgotten about and was very glad to be reminded of because it was terrific. And more important, from the moment after we received a bagel with salmon instead of the avocado toast with salmon that I actually ordered, several different staff – including their general manager, who personally brought the avocado toast – came by repeatedly to check on us to see how we were doing, and ensure we were pleased with everything, meal and service (which we were). And our main server Ayaka was so incredibly friendly and personable, and never rushed us away from the table. I’ve been to Salt & Ivy several times and their food has always impressed. Today, their food was terrific, but the staff’s service and attention to us as customers was too notch, absolutely an A+.

If you’re ever in Las Vegas, you must come check out Salt & Ivy – they’re as good as, and likely better than, any breakfast or lunch you will get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Checked out the restaurant for the first time. Got the caramel brulee latte, which was delicious; however, was not impressed with my food. Got the eggs Benedict and I always ask for extra hollandaise sauce. They forgot it. When I had to ask for it again, they brought a little dish that looked like pure mayonnaise. Held its form in the dish, which I wouldn’t expect. Didnt match the color of the sauce in the Benedict either. Then one of the poached eggs were over cooked and not runny at all. Disappointed because the place looks great and staff were very friendly.

We initially tried to reserve a table online, but it was fully booked. Luckily, the concierge informed us it’s first-come, first-served. Despite a long line, we were seated within 15 minutes, and it was well worth the wait.
The patio was stunning—the combination of perfect weather, heaters, and comfortable seating created such a cozy atmosphere.
The service was excellent, and the food didn’t disappoint. We had the steak and eggs, which featured perfectly seasoned steak and delicious. The wild mushroom omelet was flavorful, and the seasonal Dutch baby pancake was perfection—light, fluffy, and a must-try. My latte was also a standout—smooth and not burnt.
While it’s on the pricey side, the experience was absolutely worth it. A perfect spot for a treat-yourself breakfast or brunch!

The reservation was lousy, the breakfast experience even worse. With a group of 30 people on 5 group reservations, it took us an hour to get all of us in. Staff is helpless, management incompetent and unfriendly. Food is average. Stay away.

Salt & Ivy is the most unresponsive location that I ever came across. Tried to make a breakfast reservation for a bigger group. Never received an answer through the group dining link on the homepage. Made an individual reservation for the max of 6 people, sent an SMS to increase the number: no reply. Reminders: nothing.
