For 4 of us with drinks b/c the drinks are not included it came up to about $65. You get 2hours to eat. The food didn’t look appetizing but it was good. We went on a Sunday around 1 and it wasn’t too many people. They bought out fresh food often. I would go back again.

Better than I expected. As I walked in, the presentation of the food was outstanding. It was extremely clean and neat. The food looked well prepared and you could tell that this establishment cared about its reputation. The service was exceptional by our waitress. She ensured that we were well taken care of. We sat in section C if I remember correctly. The food was pretty good and I enjoyed the wonton soup. The gentleman who was cooking on the grill did a decent job and preparing my plate of chicken, beef, rice, eggs, and veggies. I would not recommend the beef, it was tough.

United ,at first glance the food bar presentation was great. Been to few in the DMV and they do great job. The sea food was good and flavorful,the Chinese bar was good and the hibachi on point. This was my first time and been in the area over35+ years.give them a try and let me know your thoughts.

Always looking to try different Chinese buffets. Today we drove 41 miles to this one and I was pretty disappointed. The food looks visually appealing, but the taste/quality is lacking. My husband mostly likes sushi and orange chicken. Today they had no sushi because it was a seafood day I guess. The Mongolian meat was completely frozen and stuck together so much so you couldn’t get it on the plate without taking a huge chunk. My daughter (16) loves Mongolian and she couldn’t eat this beyond 2 bites. She said it didn’t taste right. The total cost for 4 was $84 ($16.99 ea plus drinks at $3.99 ea) definitely could have gone elsewhere for a better meal. Service was probably the better part. She kept the drinks coming and plates picked up.

I recently visited here for a birthday celebration and the customer service by the front desk staff was not really pleasant at all. In fact it was really cold and almost made me not want to spend money there…but I was going for family. Nevertheless, the price is not bad considering everything you get to choose from. I’m not a huge fan of buffet style eating for various reasons, so I opted to get my lo mein cooked which was delicious. You choose everything to add in it and they cook it right there on the grill. I did choose a few options from the buffet like the fried chicken, spring rolls, and a few desserts. The lo mein was so delicious I went back for seconds. Our server was much nicer than the front desk staff but I don’t even know her name unfortunately. So for the first time here it was okay…I think I’ll return to try it out again…maybe. It’s good to remember that your customer service could make or break your company…

The value of this buffet is honestly unbelievable. You get a great spread, and the entire seafood selection is a winner. But what truly made this visit memorable was the service. Our waitress was operating at warp speed! Drinks were delivered instantly, and I’m convinced she was monitoring our progress via telepathy. The moment a plate was cleared, it was gone, no waiting, no lingering dirty dishes. It was a masterclass in attentiveness!

My wife and I tried the buffet on a Saturday afternoon. The buffet was several dollars cheaper for lunch vs. dinner.
I was disappointed by the number of options available, but the General Tso’s was fresh and crunchy, as well as the Black Pepper Chicken. The pepper steak had too much baking soda, so the meat was gummy.
Overall the food was fresh, the ice cream was great, and I would consider it for lunch, if I was in the area again.

It’s been several years since we last ate here. It will probably be several more before we return. The place has definetly improved since our last visit. The Food was not terrible, but at the same time not great. I guess any time food sits out it will loose its quality, and freshness. The Service was great, removed our used plates quickly, and kept our drinks full. Other patrons made it very loud and un-enjoyable. You also get to see how unsanitary others are around Buffets.

My hubby took me here for dinner last night for the first time and we loved it! The foods are all delicious! The fried crabs are my favorite but the ribeye steak was also so tender and juicy!
There was plenty of food to choose from including the salad bar and desserts. Plenty of seating to choose from. My only issue is that we live away from this restaurant. It is an hour drive from home. But this place is our new discovery and we are so happy we went. Our waitress was also good, attentive and friendly. Oh! And the price is fair and reasonable! I definitely recommend this place. Will also take my visiting family and friends here from now on. Thank you United Buffet!

NOT RECOMMENDED. I went back to this because I wanted to give them another shot. I took two people with me. It was more of the same. The managers have very nasty attitudes that extendeds to the service. The people I took agreed. One waitress gave great service. The food was just average, but the restaurant was clean. The lowest point was the service. The waiter only came once, we had to refill our own drink, and ask him to take our plates. There is a definite need to improve service.
