The service was great after it really started. I assume they were having a shift change because we came in right as they reopened for dinner as it took awhile to be seated and for someone to get our order. But after our server got to us he was impeccable.
The food was so delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
The food and drinks look absolutely incredible! The pizza is loaded with toppings, the pasta looks so creamy and delicious, and that drink is the perfect refreshing touch. ✨ It’s easy to see why this is a 5-star experience! Highly recommend!
Calamari was good, tender, and came out fast. The sun dried tomato aioli was delicious and I kept it to dip the fries in later.
Meatball Hero was under the category of Huge Sandwiches. It wasn’t huge, but it was plenty especially after the calamari. It was tasty and the bread made it so much better. We did wish we kept the marinara to dip it in though.
I debated heavily on the Sunday Sauce, it seemed like a lot. I went for it anyway and knew I was going to be taking some of it home. It did not disappoint. So good. The flavors were fantastic together, the rigatoni had good texture, and the lamb was tender. The only part that fell a bit short was the meatball was cool on the inside. I’ve got enough leftover for 2 lunches.
The meal was a bit on the expensive side but you are definitely getting the value that you are paying for. The quality, quantity, and service are all top notch. I highly recommend this place for a good date night that you don’t have to dress up for.
It was fine. Not bad. Not exceptional but on par considering the price.
I was trying to go on the lighter side tonight, so I had the Wedge Salad with Blackened Shrimp. No complaints about the shrimp. They were good; not what I would call Blackened seasoning, as it wasn’t at all, spicy, but our server did explain this when I ordered. I neglected to ask if the dressing was homemade, so that’s on me. I honestly do not like packaged salad dressing, and this just ruined the Wedge Salad for me. Admittedly, I can’t be too critical if all I ordered was a salad and forgot to ask about the thing that matters the most to me!
My husband had Chopped Lobster, Shrimp, Spinach over Angel Hair Pasta and as always, shared with me because he’s the best. It was good, but we probably would order something else if we go again. I only had one bite, so his dinner was safe from the curse of “The wife who doesn’t like what she ordered so she eats your food.”
We ordered Garlic Sticks and an order of Parmesan Cream, which made the Garlic Sticks. Definitely recommended that sauce if you get the Garlic Sticks.
We also ordered the Chocolate Layer Cake to go. Very good.
Our server was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. She was on top of it. I’m sorry that I do not remember her name. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly, so that goes a long way.
The atmosphere was fine. There were a few people there, but not a lot. Not an evening dining experience that we typically lean towards, and probably great for a family.
Olivia was knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Every detail, from drink refills to checking in on our meal, was handled with genuine care. She made us feel so welcome and valued as guests.
If you’re visiting Saza, I highly recommend asking for Olivia—you’ll be in excellent hands. Thank you, Olivia, for making our evening so memorable!
