We visited DaCapo for the first time in several years. We were looking for good Italian food and we were not disappointed. I had the Parmesan Crusted Cod and Meatballs as an appetizer. Both were excellent. My wife eats gluten free and enjoyed the Pork Chop. When we arrived at our reservation time, the restaurant was busy and we had to wait. We were directed to the bar and comped our drinks which was a nice gesture. We’ll definitely be back again to sample more of the menu.

This place was awesome! Drove by and immediately stopped because of how beautiful the outside dining area was. Actual grape vines from the ceiling, how neat! The scallop risotto was so yummy and my mom had the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Prices were cheaper than expected but quality did not disappoint. I wish I lived closer to the area, I would be back every week!

I ordered takeout from DaCapo before and now decided to pay them a visit. The place was really good. There’s plenty of parking available. They have both indoor and outdoor seating spots.
We tried their octopus and pizza. I love octopus dishes and had them at many places before – this one is definitely on the level. It was awesome and grilled to perfection. The pizza here follow Italian style and is really good as well. The Earl Gray Martini I ordered was memorable. They also provide their own bread and olive oil while you wait for the food, and it was delicious. The only complaint I had is that the waiter forgot to put our drinks in the system, so we had to order them twice. But with the quality of food here, I don’t even want for that to affect the rating.
This is a nice place and we will be back.

AMAZING. Came here on the way to Waterbury from the airport with my mom, we shared the mussels and they were perfect. I got lasagna and my mom got the zucchini pasta dish I believe and both dishes were also perfect. Staff was super friendly and attentive and I believe and owner or manager was walking around the whole time greeting people and interacting with staff and customers. Great atmosphere, definitely going to be coming back here next time I’m in CT.

I had lunch at Da Capo with a large group of women today and everything was wonderful. We sat outside on the beautiful patio and were given our own corner to be as loud as we wanted. Our server Lindsey was an absolute sweetheart and so patient with us, even taking multiple pictures on multiple phones for us before we left. When we arrived, she was the only server for the entire restaurant and she was still able to give us time and answer our questions. The food was delicious and came out exactly as everyone ordered. The manager came over to greet us at the end of the meal and was very friendly and had great energy. We will absolutely be returning in the future as it is a favorite lunch spot for our group.

I made reservations here, in October, for our team while we were in town for a market tour. The reviews were good and we could all see why. The food, the service and the portions were amazing. We felt like royalty! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The portions of food was a lot. The 6 of us were stuffed. The manager actually came out to welcome us.
